Wow! What a wonderful deluxe pedicure. Included massage, hot wax, and hot stones. Love the massage chairs and calm environment. Nails look great. Very welcoming as I was a walk-in. Very sanitary and clean salon.
I just moved to Aiken and came here for the first time. I had such a bad experience with the pedicure. The guy rushed through and barely gave me a massage, maybe 10 seconds each foot. He was scraping the side of my toe and wouldn’t stop until I asked him to because it was hurting and turning red. He then rushed me off the chair at the end and proceeded to stand directly over me while I was tipping, it was so uncomfortable. The actual salon was clean and nice but I probably won’t be back after that experience.
10/10 love this place every time i come in the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I’ve always had a great experience here! Wish I could bring all my friends here and only come to this salon despite living farther away.
It’s time for a post-Covid update! They have taken all the precautions to make the facility even cleaner and as safe as possible. At this appointment I had them remove the dip nails, trim my nails short, and switched to gel nails. Even though it was a big change, Hong did excellent work very quickly. I love the purple color and booked my next appointment for two weeks out before leaving. They’ve always done their best to squeeze me in on walk-ins but when I know I will be in town I like to have the appointments made. Thanks for ongoing excellent service!
This spa is so relaxing! The staff is detail-oriented and friendly. Prices are competitive. They do a great job without making you feel rushed, especially if you use one of the gentlemen (Lee, Lorre, or Lou) for your pedicure. They give strong, expert massages and your toenails look great! They welcome walk-ins but I recommend scheduling an appointment so that they can take their time pampering you.
Man was very rough on my cuticles, it's 5 days later and my cuticles are still healing from little sores in my cuticles where he cut too rough! I was even bleeding from one cut!!! And as you can see I have dried blood in my manicure. He started in on my toes and once I felt pain I told him to stopped. I generally would have left after bleeding but the manager was so smooth in everything, and I really really needed this, was exhausted from waiting at 2 other salons (long story) and they saw me no wait. But, in retrospect it was far from worth it.
Today was my first time coming to luxury nails, my usual nail salon I go to is nail palace and I’ve always been pleased with their services but they book up fast and I was going out of town for the weekend and really wanted to get a fill in on my nails and my toe nails redone. I came in to luxury nails as a walk in, they took me right away and I must say I have had a wonderful experience! Best walk in ever! Mr. Luu did my fill in and he did a beautiful job! He pays close attention to detail which I loved! Nails looked flawless and he was kind and gentle! Mr. loi did my pedicure and he was very kind as well and very gentle and made sure to ask how I was doing during the entire process which I appreciated! He did a beautiful job on my toes! He even made sure to get my toe nail beds good because I mentioned to him I sometimes get ingrown toenails! Thanks again everyone for the wonderful experience! I will be coming back

The man who did my mani/pedi was very friendly, professional, and tried hard. The only thing I’m disappointed about is how uneven the paint job was. I’m not sure if it was the nail polish or the application of it, but when I left I was pretty disappointed that it’s clearly uneven.
