first of all, you work in cosmetology. your appearance should be of priority. employees have baggy, pajama like clothing on being held up by hair ties... they're rough as hell. hurt me while simply filing multiple times. during the sugar scrub they were rough as hell with my friends legs. they don't clean around the nails at all (pictured below). only visited bc my nail home was closed. will not be returning.
I do not recommend this nail salon. First the price sheet was hidden at the bottom of the register. Then full set and gel was nowhere to be found on the price sheet. Then when I stated i wanted gel polish they did not let me know gel polish was 25$ . The prices here are untraditional and over priced i gotten short nails and the nail tech messed up and made them shorter So I asked for the length charge to be taken off because my nails did not come out long before I even gotten my nails painted I ask how much was it for the extra length and the front desk lady clearly stated 5$ when I got to the register letting her know that my nails did not come out the way I wanted it to she proceeded to tell me that she didn’t add the length to the charge but the price stated other wise my total was 105$ and when I made it know that she told me her self that the 5$ was for length she started saying numbers that I was not aware of like the 25$ for the gel polish. I do not recommend this salon although my nail tech was kind she still messed up my nails and they came out looking fat and blotchy not worth 105$ they did not tell me the gel polish was 25$ this was my first time in their salon and they where a disappointment for the lack of communication and the lack of making the price sheet known as I was asking her about the prices she was going off the top of her head which was red flag number one she didn’t bring me a price sheet or anything which I feel is very unprofessional. I rate this salon 2 stars because the shop it self was nice and relaxing but the price and the work is not there. Not only did my nails come out fat and blotchy but they couldn’t even do my desired look not only did my nails came out messed up the front desk lady argued with me about what she had told me before I even got started. 105$ spent and now I have to get them redone else where because they are that bad. To go into more detail when I was getting my toes done I asked the lady how much for this length she said 5$ when I got to the register she said she didn’t charge me the length in the first but my charge had an extra 5$ on it and she didn’t even apologize for the messed up work the nail tech did I shouldn’t have paid but I did because that’s just who I am but I am very disappointed at the service
I don’t mind waiting when a business is busy but when I’m on the couch waiting my turn and they let 2 women who walked in 20 min after I did with no appt and promptly took care of them is not the way to do business. I proceeded to walk out. I’ll never go there again
This salon is nice & spacious and you can get in and out fairly quickly however some of the staff especially the female owner has a nasty & rude disposition. Her husband however is very nice and cordial. She needs to learn some customer service skills or stay in the back and not interact with the customers .
Always friendly. Always quick. Always does a good job. If you need your eyebrows done ask for Taylor the owner. She is an eyebrow wizard!! Love this place.
I had a wonderful experience. Devin did a great job, the others were friendly and pleasant, and the place is clean. Additionally, they ask everyone to wash their hands upon entering which keeps the polishes, etc., from getting germy. I highly recommend!
[EDIT] The last time I was in here, Aug '22, I was very disappointed. I could have done a much better job myself and saved a lot of money. They seem to have become complacent.
I have been to this nail salon several times before and have always loved it, they have 100% health score and usually do a very good job with my nails. I went there today and had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The lady doing my nails was very rude and was rushing so bad she tore my cuticle TWICE which caused me to bleed, (I have never had that happen before) she was snatching and throwing my hands around while mumbling under her breath. This was the most unrelaxing visit to a nail salon I have EVER had.
Took my sister for a girls day before she has the baby. We both got a gel mani/pedi with a sugar scrub. Walked up to the table to pay and saw the tab for $237! OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. Definitely NOT worth it.
