I am so completely satisfied with my new found nail shop! I loved them from the minute I walked through the door and was greeted with eye contact and a smile. The greatness continued as I received the best customer service and nail repair service I’ve ever received. My new nail tech Understood the assignment and quickly fixed what someone else messed up and he did it gracefully without badmouthing the tech from the other shop I went to. I am grateful for the experience I had and I will definitely be back for more. Idk how they have been there for 3yrs and I never knew about them. I do now!! ❤️

I've been to quite a few nail salons& I enjoyed my experience at Lucky Nails. Kim has went above & beyond to make sure I got my nails done n did a great job. I have referred them to my friends n they are happy they decided to come here.

I will ask for one of the other people next time. This was my first time there. I got an upgraded pedi but was left with a lot of disappointment. I did notice that the person on the right and left of me had way better treatment so I'll come back again and ask for either Don or Tina. They did a great job on their customers. I'll give it another try.

This is my favorite place. They’re clean, attentive, so incredibly kind, and take care of my nails. Instead of ripping them off with a tool (which I’ve experienced at other places), they actually spend the time and have the patience to let them soak off. I see Paxton & I’ve never had any issues. I got to Kim and she is amazing! She’s so sweet and she takes her time to ensure that we get what we want! I love her and you should definitely go!

I went into Lucky for a pedicure and I’d never been there before. It was May 24th and I only went there because it was convenient. Where do I start. The tools were in a jumble on a tray. I watched her rifle through the pile to choose which one she wanted. She poured something over the nippers which I assumed was a disinfectant. She did use other instruments but nothing was poured over these. I have NEVER had a worse pedicure experience. Everything hurt. When I told her so she said it was because I didn’t come every two weeks. I should have watched more carefully but I’d never had to before. My nails were being cut to the quick to almost bleeding and one of the toenails was practically cut off.

I was not happy so they sent over someone else to do the painting. That was not very well done and I was there for almost two hours! How has this place stayed open?

I had a seventh experience as a walk in. I tried the dip nail manicure and was very disappointed when they all fell off in less than a week. The couple just 2 days later.

I have been coming to Lucky Nails since they opened! I have known Kim the owner for years! I trust Kim and her nail art is amazing❤️ Go see my friends!
