When I went here with my mother and sister for our scheduled appointment, we asked for the deluxe pedicure. My mom and I proceeded to get stuff added to our water and my sister did not. She asked the lady a few times and was ignored. I then asked her and the said she told her that she was too tired to do that today. We made an appointment and are paying for a service that we wanted to be done. We should not be told no, they are too tired to complete that service in the way in which we ask.
I am giving three stars because the gentleman there did very good work. Unfortunately the woman I was left with to complete my nails did a very bad job. I went to get my acrylics removed as well as have a manicure done. I was first sat with a woman who didn’t know how to remove acrylics so the gentleman stepped in to shave them down and apply acetone. He did a very good job and seemed to know what he was doing. I was then passed to another woman who took the foils off after only a few minutes, meaning the acrylic hadn’t soaked enough. Her solution was to file down all of the acrylic. She cut my fingers and when I complained she scoffed at me. She shaved the edges of my real nail on my thumb so much that it is very soft and painful to the touch days later. You can see the unevenness of my nail and the redness where she shaved the nail too deep. Once she was done shaving the acrylic she proceeded to put lotion on my hands and arms, without brushing away the acrylic dust. When I asked to wash my hands first, because she was rubbing acrylic dust up my arms, she again scoffed at me. When I sat back down after washing my hands she didn’t even finish the manicure and just painted my nails. It was very immature and unprofessional.
They do good work. But the wait time was a little long, I know it's v~day today. But I wanted to get away anyways lol. They really take there time. I hate feeling rush. I will be back m.
Pedicure was divine! Hot rocks, warm towel wrap, the works!
I find that the staff ignores toenail fungus by just applying polish. Once my fungus clears, with a prescription product, i will bring my own tools & polish.
Excellent customer service. I've been with them for almost 5 years. Sam and Ann are great. I really recommend this place to everybody.
I’ve been loyal to Loving Nails for over a year now. I keep coming back because of their consistently amazing service. Sometimes I will have to wait even if I make an appointment but it’s so worth it. Lucy always takes her time in making sure my nails are perfect. I was in a pinch one day and tried another salon and quickly regretted it. Thanks loving nails for always being the best!
The best place to go to get your nails done. Sam is amazing. I highly recommend him!!
