Prices are very affordable and service is exceptional! Always very friendly and accommodating for walk-ins as well. They always include hot towel treatments with every service, even just a simple nail removal. Can't recommend it enough, if you don't go here you are missing out!

I love going to this place for my manicure. While I can never get the same person as I do in other places, it doesn't really matter. It's just a no-miss overall experience. The place is not expensive (in fact, their regular manicure is priced less than others) and every experience feels like I get so much more for what I would ordinarily get anywhere else.

For starters, the place is really clean. Next, the nail techs are all respectful and not overly chatty or friendly. Third, there is always a 5-minute massage built in with warm towels inside plastic wraps. Fourth, the process itself is very sanitary. Fifth, whatever sort of service I get, I get the same attention. I am never hurried or oversold on getting gel manicures when I am not planning to get one that day.

This is my go-to nail place for myself and for anyone I know. I am never embarrassed to recommend it. Even my husband, who gets a pedi occasionally, has no qualms being dragged, er, invited to come with me to this spot. Trust me, that says a lot!

I absolutely love this place! I drive from Rumford because no other nail salon can match the service and quality work that they do. They really do make the experience enhanced through mini massages with everything, even standard manicures and pedicures. My nails always last longer here than other places I have gone to. The chairs are updated and comfortable and the extras that they do really make it hard to go anywhere else.

It was very clean. Staff was very nice. I was so surprised with all the little extras that I wasn't prepared for. Definitely going again.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 years. Unfortunately this will be my last visit. I booked an appointment for 5:15pm. I patiently sat for about 15 minutes. As I waited a number of women came in letting the manager know they had 5:30 appointments. The manager called people to sit in the pedicure chairs one by one based on the order they came in. I was seated 2nd. I continued to patiently wait in the pedicure seat for another 30 min. All to realize that every person that came after me were being serviced and I was not despite the fact that my appointment was 15 minutes earlier than there’s. It is very difficult for me not to believe that race was not a factor as I was the only black woman in the store and the last one to be serviced despite my appointment. I am extremely disappointed with this treatment and will not return and encourage those to pay attention to the everyday systems that continue to oppress others!

I have made multiple appointments here now for gel manicures and pedicures. The staff is efficent and professional. I came with a recommendation from a friend. I would recommend this place to you too.
