Had a small problem a few weeks back with the curry which was a bit watery, but a polite word with the owner and the problem was resolved satisfactorily and the food has been of its usual high standard since then.
Lotus is a fantastic oriental take away. The staff are always polite and very friendly. I only come here for take out rarely but each time the meals are excellent. If you don't like something or need a dish without MSG they will cater for you as much as possible. My kids love their food from here too. You can phone in your order and collect within 20 minutes or just order at the counter and your dishes will be ready sooner.. All dishes are prepared freshly to order. Highly recommended little gem
