Leon’s is a great shop. Leon runs the place alone, but is lookin to fill chairs. He’s also been cutting for 26 years. Leon is super friendly and most importantly great at what he does. While I was here helped local kids of the community lookin for a couple dollars by making him wipe down the counters for him. The vibe is great in the shop and Leon is great to talk to if you strike up a conversation while getting a cut.

Prices are super affordable and would recommend it to anyone in the college age or in general.

Didn’t receive a haircut from Leon but from the other guy in there Cedric. The atmosphere was great and kind and I can’t speak on the owner’s ability. My haircut was far from what I asked and completely uneven lengths, as he did not seem to have experience with different types of hair and was not honest about that. When confronted after I returned home and got a closer look I was refused a refund and ghosted.

I walked into Leon’s shop yesterday without an appointment, knowing that it’s not a good thing to do these days. Leon said they normally go by appointments but he was willing to take care of me anyway, as I was coming in from out of town and desperate for a professional cut for my Madison High School Reunion. Customer service was excellent, great conversation and I was totally satisfied and made sure I saved Leon’s number in my phone for my next visit home to the Big Roc!
