Visited this location on 9-30-22 and purchased a purse. They were nice during the transaction.
I used the bag at the airport today and the handles snapped off. They are glued on the bag and we’re not secure.
I called on 10-1-22 and told them what happened. They only offered an exchange if I bring the bag back to Toledo!
No one expects to spend $40 for a bag and have it break in hours.
Avoid this shop!
Very nice store. I only been here a couple of times and really don't have any negative experiences. The workers were all nice and helpful. HOWEVER, the only negative is that the last time I came in with my boyfriend and the security guard made me feel very uncomfortable. He made countless comments about my boyfriend and I. I don't know why he felt the need to comment but he did. We were just enjoying a nice day out together. From the literal MOMENT we walked in, he was making weird comments about us. Even when my boyfriend left out he still was coming up to me saying weird things. ????????????♀
