they sat us down quick, but the lady that helped me was very harsh and aggressive. i asked for gel nails and confirmed it multiple times but she still gave me acrylics! i was not wanting these and neither was my friend. one of the lady’s told her AFTER looking at the photo that all of it was going to be 50 dollars but when we were checking out she said it was 60 dollars because of the EXTRA stuff she added which she did NOT ask for. the lady’s were very rude and not really paying attention to what they were doing. although our nails looked good i would NEVER recommend going here!
I only wanted a nail color change. She immediately grabbed her clippers snapping 2 nails. I told her I didn’t want them off only color change!! She said they need filled which they didn’t, I just had them done. But I told her go ahead thinking she would fix what she did. Instead of fixing what she broke she worked over it. I also had to back in right after because she forgot the clear coat on my thumbs ???? Next day nails broke off where she cracked them. $50 plus tip to my nails ruined
I feel so bad to write this but my experience here wasn’t the greatest. The ladies there seem like they work really hard, but it’s too much. When I arrived I didn’t have to wait too long until they saw I needed a fill and wanted me to get brand new set when this was my first fill request. Then they made me wait longer once more people came in and had new set requests so I had to wait while she started on them. I like the color I chose, but i waited longer to get my nails done then the amount of time worked on.
I had to file my own nails when I got home because she asked me how I wanted it and I told her and she didn’t take her time to file them to an almond shape.
DO NOT GO HERE! I've never had my nails done so quickly. 20 minutes from start to finish. They usually take over an hour. I left with them different lengths and rigged underneath. Some of them are even scratched on top. $45 to be very unhappy. I've been getting my nails done for years and they have never been this bad. The only good part was the color but they were not painted well and the gel started to run when it got wet.
Took my daughter (16) to get her nails done, what a horrible experience, she left in tears! They were glossy not matte, pink not neutral, bumpy and uneven, they put the acrylic powder OVER her cuticles AND CUT HER! Never again. I’ll stick with my regular salon in Gresham. They are worth the drive! I’d give this place a big fat ZERO if I could.
Came to this salon for a GEL pedicure and clarified that with the tech several times of which pedicure I wanted which is $45, instead she proceeded with a deluxe gel pedicure and charged me for more than what I came for. My gel peeled of within 2 hours, didn't even last a day. $60 wasted. The tech never told me she is doing deluxe, just said okay and proceeded, then rang me up with $60.
Well I'd like to first compliment my nail stylest for an amazing job. See photo! The real issue for me I'd like to share is that I called in advance to check price of a full set acrylic nails and was told $30. I booked the appointment for that day. I was seated immediately by the owner not 6' from the customer getting her nails done. Then she left n i was immediately moved to the girls chair! No wiping the chair or surfaces she had her hands laid down. The chair was still warm from her behind! Lanni my nail technician was so personable and I really appreciated the awesome job she did. Here is the problem the owner came over after I was done to get my payment n she tells me $50!!! OMG really I was not Happy and reminder her I called n got it quote for $30, she proceeds to say I picked out a gel color n my nails were long! Are you kidding me...look at pictures... short,! Anyways I told my tech although I think she did a terrific job I will never go back. My tech in their language explained my unhappiness n so I was given a $5.00 off! $45!!! I did however tip my tech well it's a shame that this is a scam n fraud. I didn't know these techs are instructed to put on the gel color by the way they had the color I picked out in regular nail polish. I also didn't like the lack of covid-19 policies that are not being followed! Thank you Lanni n if you leave there give me a call I'll be your first customer. Shame on you LA Nails!
I went to go get a fill with my friend and was sat down right away but as soon as the girl started she was going back and fourth between me and my friend then someone else came and the girl who was working on me went to the person who came in and did her nails first. Finally I was just like I’m gonna get them done somewhere else and the lady who worked on me started yelling no you are done. Just nail polish left which wasn’t true then charged me 30 even tho I didn’t even get nail polish and said it was because she replaced ONE nail. Wasn’t even going to fight it on her. Just paid and left. Would never go back. Ridiculous
