I go here regularly and have had 3-4 different nail techs do my nails and all were high quality work! They are super friendly and take care not to damage my nails or cuticles even when it’s busy and they are in a rush unlike other places in town I’ve been. Their pedicures are the best! Highly recommend!

I was so disappointed when shr did my nails it didn't came the way I wanted it needed more coated I ask her to fix them and she told it looks fine I was so upset with this place never again will I go there

My pedicure was great! However, they tried to hurry my presence along by having someone do my pedicure and another person do my nails simultaneously. I got acrylic and they are lumpy (especially on the sides), uneven across the tips, and my pinky nail is completely crooked. They also didn’t even bother to clean up my cuticles. The people were so pleasant but this rushed quality shows and I don’t believe I got my money’s worth.

I thought I would have a day out with my daughter's and we got acrylics. . they were dont barely a week ago and it looks like I got them a month ago. 75 for 2 full sets and one polish. I have never felt so ripped off. Years ago I would have recommended this place. But not anymore. They rushed. They didn't even bother to push my cuticle back. They are uneven

I kept having to show her where she didn't add filling. I will never go back. And my taught got here from a separate person and her experience wasnt muck different.

I come to LA nails to get my facial wax by anyone & pedicures by Lucy & I have not been disappointed yet! The prices are good with variety of price options & the service is good. It has a nice warm chill vibe and is worth a stop by!

I don't get my nails done often, but I have been here several times. It's normally ok, but today was terrible. It was 12$ more expensive to get my nails filled than it was to get them in the first place. The tech had an unusual interest in my marital status. He cut me and hurt me several times. Plus my nails are lumpy and thick. Not worth the 46$. Very disappointed.

Went in to get almond shaped French tips and none of my nails are the same shape, you can see the the white part of my actual nails and it looks absolutely awful! The guy that did them was very rude and seemed to pay more attention to everything/everyone else but me and what he was doing. I have never been so unsatisfied with my nails than I am right now! Absolutely do not recommend!
