Quick to get in a chair on Saturday which was good
And had the most awful haircut
Took 45 mins to have a cut and was completely ignored when it came to being asked what I’d like
Low skin fade and a trim
Ended up getting a high grade 1 not skin fade low and hair on top very short on front and long towards the back
Been here 100 times and always give a very generous tip
But this was awful
A tip doesn’t help with customer service either
Very friendly staff and a great haircut and very reasonable price
The best place I have had my haircut because it is great value for money the wait time is good very friendly staff and very professional they do it on point every time

Really good haircut and wetshave was so smooth, but the customer 'walk-in' arrangement can leave you waiting for up to an hour. It would be a better experience if customers could book via an app, choose their preferred stylist and then turn up to go straight to the chair.
