I used to like this place years ago but as time went on they stopped selling the same products that they used to sell and some other people took over the store. The new people barely know where any items are at and when I asked one of them about a certain product she looked at me as if she did not have a clue as to what I was talking about. A few months ago I asked do they have hair clippers and the woman looked confused so I repeated myself saying that I needed to cut my son's hair and needed hair clippers. After standing there for about 5 minutes explaining another woman walked up and said "Yes we do sell hair clippers" Two weeks ago I asked for hair clippers and the same woman claimed that they were all sold out after asking to see what they had I pointed to the clippers and said "That's what I am talking about how much are they?" She tried to sell me ONE pair of clippers for $110 dollars! I told her the usual price is about $40 to $50 dollars but she kept insisting that it wasn't true. I walked out of the store and drove to Walmart. Well guess what I found? The EXACT SAME clippers for $34 dollars.
It is a nice size beauty supply store. It's best to shop there out of season. Otherwise, it is a bit pricey for specific items. They have merchandise that is low in quality and some that is a bit higher quality. It all depends on what you're looking for. They also sell boots, hats and wigs.
Although they don't issue refunds (con) I really like this store, people are pleasant when you check out or if you need anything! Also, they give you free stuff from time to time! No complaints!
Decent selection, with decent prices. The customer service is good. They lose a star for the fact that they posted their business number on the internet, just to purposely never answer the phone...at all.

Very cheap and very very low quality items, I have visited this place two three times, they have so many nice beautiful products and they are priced very cheap which is good but they are very low in quality, I have bought two items both broken down in the car before I reach home! I will not go there again and I don't recommend this place to anyone.
