I had very nice natural nails-strong and fast growing. After my 3rd visit to this salon my nails are wrecked! I had my 'powder' nails removed 2 weeks ago at Kedron Nails and they're still paper thin and fragile. They filed off so much of my natural nail that there are soft spots and they hurt. I can't even get a regular manicure because they are so damaged and it's going to take weeks of strong vitamins and TLC to get them back to normal. Not going back.

I love going to see Kathy at Kedron nails. She is the best. I have been a customer at Kedron nails for over 2 years. I usually schedule to go see her and I am open to other technicians for walk in visits. However today I was turned off by a negative experience with the guy up front. He had a dismissive tone as he told me that they were closed for any more slots because of their scheduled appointments. The nail salon would be open for two more hours. His inconsiderate tone was condescending. Normally the nail salon is welcoming to walk-ins as equally as so for their customers of scheduled appointments. Today’s interaction was inconsistent from previous experiences I have received from the guy up front. It is too many other great nail salons in Peachtree City to deal with rude people that do not care about being helpful to the customer. Kedron nails will lose other customers if the guy up front continues to not value all customers equally. I have moved on to better customer service. I don’t think I will be back.

I have utilized this business on 3 occasions and each time was fine. My pedicure felt a bit rushed and I didn’t sit and soak as long as I would have liked but over it was fine.

Today’s review is about the lack of service they were willing to provide. I have gel polish on my toes and asked that it be soaked off. I noticed they were pretty busy and figured I could soak until someone was available. The woman who came to check me in basically said it takes too long, so, no, they would not do that. I said I can wait as I do not want you to drill my nails because it is damaging. She went on to say we don’t have enough people to let you soak it off, it takes too long. I finally said it’s fine, I will go somewhere else. I’m giving 1 star for limited services and accommodations to customer request.

My niece and I visited today, not the best experience. The front man is the problem here (Receptionist/Nail Tech/Manager/Cashier/Translator), didn't get his name but he is the guy who does the talking. Perhaps he is stressed due to doing to many things at once. The technicians that actually performed our services were lovely, unfortunately the front man soured the encounter. He was rushy, impatient, and outright rude. I don't think he likes new/unknown customers very much, I would have loved to make this a go-to spot however if you make me feel like an inconvenience, I can certainly take my money elsewhere. I'd prefer broken speech, picture pointing, smiles and/or other non verbal communication over rude English any day.

I just moved to Peachtree City, I tried this salon. And I’m sure they have really great and nice nail techs, but the one I had today wasn’t, I had a refill of acrylic nails, at the end of the service I realized one of my fingers had polish all over my cuticle so I ask literally “Excuse me to ask this but, could u please fix this finger, I don’t really like how it looks” I was not rude or anything, my beautiful nail tech started directly at me like she was seeing something disgusting and nod, I didn’t even know what to say.

Little disappointed about it, I’m sure I won’t be back.

I’m from sf California and I visited peach tree Georgia and got my nails and toes done here and it was the best set I’ve gotten I’ve had them three weeks and they are still perfect.

Very disappointed, I contacted shop to speak with a specific mail technician which is normal to do, a gentleman answered the phone and handed it to Ve who I know quite well, I asked her what availability she had for next week, she told me that I could come in on Monday morning 10:00am, when I got there she told me I did not speak with her and she could not have schedule. an appt. Because she has a Dental appt. Walked away and started to do someone’s nail, her husband was very disrespectful and told me to leave the shop because I did not have any appt. Not to mention I have referred a lot of my neighbors to her.. I will never go back to that place , husband is very disrespectful. These people have an habit that when there is a misunderstanding the first thing they do is tell you to leave there shop, very rude..

This place is the best come here and get your nails done here at cost friendly prices! Kent is ever so kind! You can tell He is a believer in Jesus Christ! I love his gentle spirit!
