I came in and said hello, no responded or came to ask me what I need. So I sat down assuming someone will come once they are free had two people sitting in front of me they helped them. I let one of the workers know that I need a haircut. Waited for more than two hours and new people will come in and they would help them immediately but no one came to help me or let me know how long it would be. So finally two people came in and the worker seemed to know them and told them we will help you in 5 mins so I decided to leave without getting a haircut. I understand some people have appointments which I doubt most of these people had, but at least talk to your customers.
I brought my youngest son for a haircut (after knowing they do kids cuts as I had already brought my older son in about a month earlier), waited patiently for 30 minutes just to be told that the barber wasn't 'comfortable' performing kids cuts. ...this information couldn't have been shared with me while I was waiting for 30 minutes? What an absolute waste of my time.
Very disappointed at the team that works in this business, customer service is awful. On my last haircut customer service was fine but today I waited for more than 2 hours and I was totally ignored. I have decided to give my business to someone else.
WORST hair salon ever!!! I traveled about 10 miles to get my nephews hair cut and wish I would've gone to the place by my house. The guy ignored our request on what hair style we wanted even after showing a picture. We let his hair grow out to get the style and the barber cut his hair short on top! The the edge up is crooked!! One side is long, Omg. Barber just clipped it. No shave. My nephews forhead is slanting to the side!!! We specifically asked for NO LINE and guess what? The guy made an extremely LONG CROOKED line all the way to the back of his hair. They didn't taper like we asked. Straight buzzed one side of his head. I'm so heated right now. I told him that this is not the hairstyle we asked for n he had the audacity to say we did want that! What! Then he said he only does the best he can. I'm sorry but that's not acceptable. I told him I drove all this way and he ignored what we showed him n asked for. I asked to speak to the owner n he says he is the owner! I said that's impossible U'D be the owner. THEN he tells his mom (who is the owner kinda) that I don't want to pay. I told her, I never said I wasn't paying I told him that he messed up his hair. She then said she could fix it. I realized she was trying to cut shorter and I told her to stop. Don't go further, I'll let it grow out & go somewhere else to fix it. Then son/barber comes back, Omg, he was overly aggressive forcefully trying to explain himself by pushing my nephews head side to side. I told him get ur hands away fm him, u screwed enough up already. I didn't like him manhandling my nephews head. I told the owner lady that I'm paying but never coming back again AND I'm leaving a negative review. She actually asked me to come back & give them another chance. How lady?! Oh, they ended up charging me $1 more than what was quoted. Don't ever come here!
A did an amazing job with my hair cut. He styled it quick and cute too. Definitely worth the money
I mean the quality of the haircuts here are pretty solid for the most part. However after today I won't be making a return. We came in as soon as they opened and we were just waiting as we normally would. The dude who works there however, I'm just going to be honest, never really liked him, just the vibe I got was bad. Anyways he came in and me and my dad assumed that he was going to take the next available person because you know that's usually how it works at barber shops. Anyways, an older gentleman was next to us but he came after us. The dude called him over and he gestured for me to go next since I arrived before he did. Before I could even sit down, the barber guy yells for me to go back and said that he called over the older man for a specific reason, what that reason was he failed to mention beforehand. My dad became extremely furious pretty quick and wanted to know why he couldnt take me in. The guy says that I apparently have longer hair and that he needs someone who has short hair. It became quite heated and while my dad could have handled the situation without becoming furious, his anger was justified in my opinion as was mine. We continued to wait and I made it clear to my dad i was extremely uncomfortable sitting there. He finally understood and we left for quick cuts across the strip mall. Overall very disappointing.
Affordable price for hair cuts. I'm satisfied with the service. I recomend this place.
