Unfortunately I have no idea of the quality of the products, nor did I have the opportunity to purchase the hair I drove all the way from Carlisle for due to signs posted stating no mask, no entry. I could understand if there was an option to purchase a mask. I saw no one near the entry to ask. This is ridiculous. Obviously you have a right to post whatever signs you want, but excluding people without professional resolutions is bad for business.

Will never shop here again, me and my friend walked in there to get some nails and hair to braid into her hair, keep in mind we do look younger but I am 18 working a full time job so yes I have money why would I need to steal anything. The lady was very rude followed us around to every isle giving us awful looks, not letting us look at what we wanted and when I tried to pick up the one brush to show my friend she rushed over from behind me and started moving all the brushes acting like I messed them up then she says. “touching is not free”. In what store do you go to that you can’t touch anything. After being in there for only 10 mins she was already making us feeling forced to leave. They definitely lost business.

My new go to. They are very interactive and go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.

The prices are good. (1 star) I always get my questions about the products answered. (1star) If you don’t mind being watched like you are a thief coming to rob the store blind, then it could be worth the visit. Ugh... every patron is not there to steal something but that is how Closely you are watched. This is why you didn’t earn the other 3 stars. Keep in mind other supply stores in the area treat their patrons similarly. They are not the only ones with this mindset.

This is the hair store you go to when none of the other ones are open. They will watch you like a hawk and the prices are sky high for the quality.

Overall it's a good place for supplies. At this time tho it is difficult to buy wigs because you cannot try them on due to Covid. But customer service is good. Pleasant people.

For this time of year that's a WONDERFUL shopping experience for me! Anxiety is crippling especially this time of year for me!
