Hello everyone, I Just want everyone to be aware and think twice before You make the decision to purchase anything from these people I have the worst experience dissatisfaction I will NEVER
buy anything from them again. The owner and he's brothers are very Imperfectional disgustingly rude, and dishonest .
I showed the guy which extension I want, I paid a lot of money for it almost 500$.
I didn't double check when he handle me the bag .
I went home and I opened my bag then I realized he gives me synthetic hair not the human hair chose the hair he give me it was poor quality and smells like pure
chemical .
I went back the next day to let them know they made mistake they give me the wrong item, the owner was soooo rude, nasty, and disrespectful !! He refuse to help me whatsoever Knowing that They purposely give me the wrong item.
They are the worst think twice before you decide to purchase anything from those people.
This store has the largest selection of synthetic wigs, weave, and braiding hair that I've personally seen in the area. I'm able to find random synthetic hair I've seen once online here and at a great price. They also have my staple braiding hair in my favorite and NEW colors and weave that I haven't been able to find in years. They also have a nice selection of products, including edge control and adore hair dye since that's what I mainly come in for besides hair. Their virgin hair selection is beautiful. I've never been disappointed and that above all else keeps me coming in. They also have a nice supply of makeup and eyelashes. Everything is fairly priced and the employees (maybe owners I'm not sure) are great about answering any questions and working with you. They also have good sales that you can find out about on social media. 10/10 would recommend
I shop here all the time and always loved the store and the staff until I just recently had the most rudest encounter with one of the guys working in the shop. I made a mistake and purchased the wrong hair needed for my hairstyle...80$ worth to be exact. So I return the very next day with receipt in hand apologizing and just wanting to get the correct hair. The guy was so upset over the return. Mind you I knew I wasn't going to get a refund I just wanted the right hair and my store credit. He rolled his eyes and kept scoffing and just making it unbearably obvious how displeased he was. I was so embarrassed already and he just made me feel even worse about the innocent mistake I made. I'm just gonna go find another place to get my beauty supplies cause that was just crazy. He was tall and slightly chubby!
Es triste que gente como esta que no sepa trabajar con el cliente esten alante de un negocio no vale la pena venir a aquí todos tienen mala cara no saben lidiar ni ir a un acuerdo con el cliente más nunca regresaré y así como algunas de mis amigas más nunca irán mal servicio ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????ellos son negocian contigo cuando tú vas a comprar te venden el pelo hasta por los ojos hasta que tú no te lleves pero si te equivocas y regresas al momento por que te equivocaste te miran con mala cara y hacen lo posible para no ayudarte empiezan atender a otros y a ti te dejan como si tú no estuvieras no vallan a este lugar chicas ay muchos lugares mejor que este donde te sientas más segura de tu compra donde si te equivocas y regresas a las 3 hrs o al día siguiente tratan de ayudarte y te sientes segura de tu compra
I will never go here again based off of the convo he owns several hair stores but doesn’t know the locations of them… Very rude I spent $200 yesterday and bc I didn’t make a purchase today he won’t give me the other location that apparently has a stylist.. I would’ve never spent my hard earned money here if I knew the customer service would be as such!

I purchased a human lace front from her the hair was pretty an non shedding hair but he offer that they have someone that put on lace fronts for you. NEVER go there to let anyone put them on for you the girl cut my lace wrong it waz coming up the next morning. I ened up having to go pay the next person to put it on for me... I waz so mad because i spent a lot of money for my lace.
The prices change at checkout. I have been in this store numerous times because of the friendly staff as well as the variety of merchandise. However, the past two visits I noticed that the amount at checkout was a little off. I questioned it both times and they re scanned everything and sure enough the price was off by 3 or 4 dollars.i thought it was a simple mistake at first cuz dude was really nice(Ahmeed) about it. But the second time the man didn't apologize he just started talking about a 10% sales tax(is it 7% here though????), meanwhile the price went down by $3. I realize now that they are scamming folks who are just letting them do the marh.= I will not be coming back.
