I absolutely adore getting my nails done here! I moved and was in search for a regular nail place like I had back home and I found it for sure! Jenni is wonderful at nail work and conversation! They are always making sure their customers are taken care of from asking how you are, if you need a drink, and always giving you the best manicure! 11/10 recommend!
Jenni did an amazing job on my nails! I started coming here in the summer. My nails were weak and damaged from gel nails. Jenni has the best technique using dip powder that actually protects my nails. Along with beautiful nails, I love that Jenni takes care of them to make sure they stay healthy.
Jenni is the best. She does amazing nails and is very pleasant! I went in on Saturday evening, her last customer, and she still took her time and asked if I was liking it every step of the way. She does excellent work! Thank you, Jenni!

I had a warm welcoming and didn't have to wait. My first time to Jenni Nails and I enjoyed my experience and also asked for a current nail design and I loved how she did my nails. I would definitely recommend Jenni Nail & Spa.
Jenni is incredible. Everywhere I took my daughter for fun nail art they would just offer generic stickers. Here they did such a beautiful work of art every tiny nail different design. So fun! Great sweet people
This is by far the best salon I have ever been to in El Paso after living here for 26 years. What makes this place so special is not just the talent present in everyone who works here (especially in Jenny), but in the care that the employees give to each customer and in the way they make you feel like you are at home. Their dog Bonnie is the cutest sight to have around while you de-stress and get your nails turned into art. I now live in NYC and I make it a point to come back to Jenni's every time I come back to EP. Do yourself a favor and book your next nail apt here. The prices are very fair too. To everyone at Jenni nails & spa, thank you for always putting a smile on my face.
I had Nuvia do my nails. The reason I'm giving two stars is because even tho the nails were beautiful it's only been 2 days and a gemstone already fell off before I got to Thanksgiving and nuvia needs to be more careful and gentle. She cut my fingers multiple times. I went along but there were two deep cuts that still hurt and burn and as a diabetic i cannot have deep open wounds like that. I also paid for the classic foot and leg massage along with my mani and pedi and got 2 minutes of massage for 28 $. I feel she was rushing and i showed her a design to do on my toes and instead of telling me that she didn't know how they did not come out how i wanted, looked a bit smudged but i didn't want to be charged more to change it. If she would have told me i would have showed her a simpler design. She didn't seem to care much either after I showed her deep pain from one cut. I felt judged because I don't get my nails done often but I don't feel this was the right experience. But I will give her credit for the design and for giving me information on procedures to not get infections and gave me other options to save money. I just did not feel comfortable enough for this to be my regular nails salon
