Please stop saying Asian and Korean people are racist. Sometimes, it may feel that way, but that is not true. Everyone is different and may act differently than what you're used to seeing. If you're followed, it's because we may want to help you find something. That's how sales is. That doesn't mean they have hate in their hearts. Just because someone doesn't act aggressively fake friendly doesn't mean they are racist or unfriendly. We are friendly and loved people. We do not have hatred in us.
The store is very crowded and overpriced. The workers are very rude. It feels like hurry up, buy and get out!
Went in to check the store out with my bestfriend that’s visiting, and before we walked out they had stopped her because she had her purse unzipped and they wanted to check her bag, my friend is far from someone who steals! He had put his whole hand in digging through her purse and obviously nothing was in it.. but I believe it to be quite ridiculous since my purse was open as well???? maybe cause I’m Asian as well as them and my friend is a person of color but I will definitely not be recommending them or coming back!
If you're a professional you can't even get a discount unless it's on hair, otherwise they say their prices is already discounted. If I'm a professional stylist you should be able to get a discount on anything
A really big space with a lot of options for faux locs, braids, and twist. In my opinion this is one of the better shops in the area. They have a good stock of products, hair, accessories, and offer military discount.
This store does not carry quality hair. (Try Wiggins Hair) Nor do they carry blond colors. To make things worse they have their selection of weave hair and bundles all stored behind a counter. Perspective buyers are not allowed in that area , you have to stand behind a counter while they make a poor attempt to pick colors for you. You are treated as a thief in my opinion. I say this because when they do find something they think you like, they bring the item to you, but still do not allow you to really touch the hair. if your undecided they then pack up the hair and put it back and continue to search for hair. Despite all this, I still purchased Bobbie Boss 14” 100% human hair Visso Persian color P4/27/30. $57.99 . This hair was horrible it sheds like crazy…. Like in clumps . I thought maybe I’ll wash it and that will help, but nope. I called the store and explained what the issue was. I spoke to the store owner Lee. Typically I would go for store credit ; however I wanted to buy more blond hair and they do not carry quality blond hair, they have only a few brands. The store owner Lee suddenly acted as if he did not understand English and stated store credit only . I explained you don’t have what I need and it’s unopened, so you should provide me with a full refund but my request fell on def ears. I think part of the issue is that the hair they sale is old and of poor quality and they do not properly restock it. Word of advise to the owner Lee and is wife stop acting as if black people are the only people that steal. You should remember that the majority of your sales come from black / brown people. Also find another way to display your hair inventory, their are millions of ways to do that so your merchandise does not walk away.

I didn't know they were opened. Headed to another hair place. Pulled in and was surprisingly impressed. Prices are comparably low. Cashier was appreciative. Will be back again.
