I always go to Rosie for my eyebrows and she literally never disappoints. I pretty much trust anyone in the shop when it comes to my nails, but Rosie is definitely who I try to go to all the time. I simply showed her what I wanted and she did an amazing job and was very thorough. And patient (I was super late smh). Thank you Rosie!!!
I recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The nail technician, Rosie, was 30 minutes late to my appointment and neither she nor the owner apologized for making me wait so long. She strolled in, never greeted me, made multiple phone calls in Vietnamese on her cell phone - when I had taken time off from my work come in and made an appointment with her in advance.
The most concerning aspect of my visit was the way Rosie treated my sensitive skin. I had informed her multiple times that I have eczema, yet she made fun of me and did not take my condition into consideration. The sanding drill caused pain and discomfort, and her lack of empathy made the situation worse. Her communication and language also displayed a lack of care for my well-being. Every time the sanding drill would dig into my skin and I would tense up, she would just tell me to "relax" without any empathy or concern, and remind me to keep coming to her to get my nails done.
Furthermore, as I was paying the total of $70 + with a generous 20% tip DESPITE this awful service, she pushed me to pay in cash even though the salon takes cards. In America, especially when given our tipping culture, the goal is to first treat the customer well and with care (not hurting them physically or making fun of their skin) and THEN the customer will tip you for your service. Rosie had no right to demand cash from me after such bad service.
I broke out in a rash after this service and several of my fingers still hurt a week later. The salon's lack of concern for customer service, professionalism, and well-being is unacceptable. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone and urge potential customers to exercise caution before patronizing this establishment

Finally treated with respect, like a VIP actually! Finally saw smiling faces when entering. I'm very satisfied with my new favorite nail spot! This is a family business and they have all been very welcoming. I'll tell anyone go there and ask for design, I've seen lots of great work! Jason does my nails but they all do great work...I do watch just in case Jason's not there one day.
I am very happy with my results. I have my technician an idea to what wanted, and she exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place if looking for ideas and designed nails.
Jason is so precise and cared so much that I would get exactly what was on my mind for my acrylic nail design. He checked my reference photo several times and listened to the details I wanted added or changed. The result was I absolutely loved my nails and I received so many compliments! I really appreciate his work ethic. The acrylic media was expertly and evenly applied, looking very natural and not bulky. His pricing is very reasonable compared to other salons. My only recommendation for the salon would be to practice more cleanliness for health and safety of employees and customers. I believe the salon would be close to perfect if they made some improvements in that area! ????
I came all the way here from San Jose just to get my nails and my feet done. Just got them done last week and one have pop off and the other nail is lifting and ready to pop off to. My toe is infected and the gel polish is a mess.
I went for my pedicure and manicure. . Next day my manicure looks so bad, I call them and I went there again, they was so rude and they make a lot of jokes abaut me, I can speak well theire lenguage but I understand 75%. I did't say nothing because I had my little son with me but I cry at my home because I can"t belive it,. Making jokes and calling costumers stupids in theire lenguage, this is so bad. I can't believe it.. cuidado con este lugar, realmente son muy rudos y no respetan a sus clientes, durante mi manicure la jobem me corto el dedo pues ella no paro de textear y mis uñas quedaron mal al dia siguiente se descarapelaron regrese y muy enojados que fui de nuevo, se pusieron a decir cosas sobre mi y luego se reian y se reian. Yo por cargar a mi bebe me aguante y me fui, pero me frustro pues me aguante para no poner a mi bebe en una situacion incomoda.
