I love Jacob Neal Salon. This a professional, trendy, fun place to get a wide range of services done. I moved to Columbus almost a year ago and didn't know where to go for my haircuts and highlights. I found a plethora of positive reviews on Yelp and decided to try Jacob Neal Salon. It was particularly important to me that I go to a quality salon because I was getting married the following week! I set up an appointment with Katie and couldn't have been happier. She did a great job with the color, cut, and giving me exactly what I wanted. If you go here, you won't be disappointed! :)
I've been going to Stephanie for over 3 years now for cuts- I love her! My husband gets his cut from her too. She's always a smiling face (and not to mention has great taste in TV). Its always a professional, yet relaxed environment - and the complimentary wine doesn't hurt either! I always get in and out on time and the entire staff is pleasant and attentive to your needs. I always recommend Jacob Neal to friends that are looking for a new salon.
I LOVE Jacob Neal Salon! I moved from NYC about a year ago and was apprehensive about finding a new stylist until I found Garrett at Jacob Neal. He is the BEST! My cut and color are always perfect and he makes sitting in a chair for 2-3 hours fun. Best of all, they are the only salon in Columbus that use and sell Kerastase products which are my favorite. I can't imagine finding another salon in Columbus that has such a high level of talent and provides such quality service as Jacob Neal Salon!
I love Jacob Neal Salon.I luckily found Stephanie who I have been going to for over 3 years. She is everything that anyone wants in a stylist. She is always consistent in making my hair look great and is a lovely person. Everyone at the salon makes you feel very welcome.
Recently moving to Columbus, I was super nervous about finding someone to do my hair after having the same stylist for 10 years. I couldn't have been more thrilled with my experience at Jacob Neal Salon. The atmosphere is amazing and I was thrilled with the results. Mark was so personable and did such an amazing job, I can't wait to come back!
I have been going to Jacob Neal going on seven years now! I love my experience each and every time. My stylist, Stephanie, is amazing. She really listens and does a great job of maximizing each of my visits so that my cut and color last. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
Had an amazing experience. I'm new to the Columbus area and found Jacob Neal online. I requested an appointment online and they returned my call that day and set me up. Lindsey is who colored my hair and she's awesome! I'm a blonde and I'm really picky when it comes to my hair, but she did a great job. It's a little on the pricier side, but worth every penny. Definitely recommend!!!!
Always outstanding service from the time I walk into the salon until I walk out. Everyone is always pleasant. I am always offered drinks. Ginny gives me wonderful color and closest to the root I have ever had. Ginny also cuts my hair and does a great job. My bangs have never looked so good! I love it here at Jacob Neal Salon. And Jacob always makes me smile.
