Very disappointed with today's purchase. chiken was burnt and dry. Looks like they've used old oil. Chips were small portions instead of large like we ordered. We also did nit get 2 x garlic sauce and hot chilli sauce :( ???? and we did ask them three times !!!!!! Chips were reheated very hard :( . Therefore gi en only 2 stars and even that we think it is to much.

My personal favourite take out in the area! Great food, reasonably priced and wide range to choose from. Great for the whole family!

Bit pricey. Burger with a little dry Donner meat £6.50 and chips and cheese was £3.50 (£1.50 for a little cheese on chips). I've tasted worse though but definitely not worth the price. Had better and cheaper in Old Colwyn

Best thing to happen to Jackie's is the lovely woman who works the phones Most times. Always happy always helpful and would hope more places would have a staff member like her. Food wise most of the time their food is spot on occasionally overcooked chips or cold chicken donner wrap wich was grissly but mostly this place doesn't let me down and delivers my food hot on time and good quantity however prices seem abit OTT recently cheesy chips is 3.50....chicken donner meet chips n cheese is like 9 quid on its own lol bring the price of cheese down guys it doesn't cost 1.50 to top with cheese buy whole block for that. But I would still recommend this place as it's my go to and most the time it's lovely.

Surprisingly tasty food, decent prices, good portion sizes.

Good value, excellent and delicious food, polite telephone operator and food delivered within half an hour of ordering. Thoroughly recommended!!
