Wir waren zu zweit gegen 14 Uhr im Isola Bella.
Der Aussenbereich ist sehr Rustikal aber schön im grünen. Wir hatten ein Spaghetti-Eis und einen Aporol Spritz.
Das Eis war gut auch wenn ich die Portion für 8,40 € als etwas zu klein empfunden habe. Der Aporol war leider nicht sehr kalt und der Prosecco wohl schon ne weile offen da nicht zu viel Kohlensäure leider auch ohne Eiswürfel was wir uns bei den Temperaturen erwartet hätten.
Unser Tisch war klebrig und der Service mangelhaft. Nettes Personal, Essen + Getränke waren lecker. Preise in Ordnung.
2 € für eine Kugel Eis, was bezahl ich denn da, die "freundliche" Bedienung? Das Eis war jetzt leider auch nicht der Knaller, schade... super Lage und Lokation hatte mir das besser vorgestellt.
Wir hatten Glück das wir einen Platz bekommen haben, es war brechend voll aber die freundliche Bedienung ließ uns dennoch drinnen warten.
Jeder von uns kam auf seine Kosten - leckeres Eis, toller Kaffe und ein sehr schönes Ambiente.
Das man in einem Eiskaffee "ein wenig" mehr bezahlt als an einem Stand to Go ist normal - Eis essen hat so oder so was von Luxus - also wenn man nicht das Bedürfnis hat den Preis zu beweinen (der sich unter anderem aus den Zutaten, der Miete und dem Service zusammen setzt) ist das Café "wärmstens" zu empfehlen
Hier haben wir, zu unserer großen Überraschung, das beste Eis in ganz Brandenburg gegessen! Eis, welches noch richtig nach Früchten schmeckt und diese auch enthält. Dazu gibt es hervorragenden Kaffee. Man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen.
Das war gemütlich da, und das was ich da verspeist habe war sehr lecker Erdbeer Waffel mit Eis.
Leckeres Eis, nettes Personal, bezahlbar, was will man mehr.
Seit Jahren zieh es und in die schöne Altstadt von Werder, immer verknüpft mit einem Besuch des Eiscafé Isola Bella.
Leider nimmt die Qualität und der Service von Jahr zu Jahr deutlich ab; heute wurde unsere Freude auf den Eisbecher maßlos enttäuscht!
Es ging schon mit der Aufnahme der Bestellung los, die wir der jungen Bedienung im hinteren Teil des Eiscafés laut zurufen sollten – eine Zumutung und kein Service.
Aber auch der bestellte Schwarzwaldbecher enttäuschte maßlos! Statt Vanille- und Schokoladeneis mit Schattenmorellen, Sahne und Kirschwasser bestand der Eisbecher nur aus Vanille- und Blaubeer- Eis, wobei letzteres überhaupt nicht zum Schwarzwaldbecher passt!
Ähnlich ärgerlich das Eis meiner Partnerin, zwei Kogeln Erdbeereis mit frischen Erdbeeren – das Ergebnis entnehmen Sie dem Foto.
Last but not least das Abkassieren, zunächst ohne Rechnung, die uns dann auf Anforderung erstellt wurde, jedoch fehlerhaft: statt des Schwarzwaldbechers wurde ein Erdbeer Becher berechnet, für die zwei kleinen Kugeln Erdbeereis mit ein paar kleinen Erdbeeren waren EUR 5,50 fällig.
Das Isola Bella Eiscafé in Werder kann man keinem empfehlen – uns sieht man dort bestimmt nicht wieder!
