Incredible restaurant, food and staff!!! Seriously delicious food, I was the most impressed with the tzaziki and baklava, best ones I have ever eaten! They give you free olives and bread when you first come in and end you with glass of port style wine, also gratis. Prices are very good, staff are lovely and authentic, decor is stunning and the music is fun and puts you in the right mood. I had three starters instead of the main so that I get to try lots of things and it was not a problem at all. Also let us book on the day, very accommodating! Will definitely be back to try more things! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!
I'm glad I discovered this restaurant. Such a nice place. Friendly staff and the food is absolutely delicious and they serve big portions. Highly recommended to visit! P.S.: make a reservation because it fills up quickly.
One of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of visiting in a while. I was taken there by some friends as a birthday gift. The restaurant is small and intimate with a fantastic friendly welcoming atmosphere. The menu was absolutely typically Greek, with all the favourites. The main course I opted for was for 2 persons, but without hesitation the owner said I could have it for one person and halved the price. We had a fantastic evening there and have already booked our return visit before we left that night. Would highly recommend
My friends booked this place as they love to come here for dinner and now I understand why. It's a lovely Greek restaurant, decorated to remind you of Greece. The host, a gentleman, was lovely and very funny. The food was amazing, from starters to the mains to the Greek coffee. Lovely. Music good as well. Absolutely loved it.
Attentive service. Clearly a family run restaurant. Father and daughter where running the restaurant when we dined.
My partner booked by the mother via email and being from Kent he asked where to park. Very helpfully was given address of local cheap car park

A brilliant Greek restaurant.
I am sure it is family run.
The passion of the man and his daughter who were working the night that I went was amazing.
I will return and what a great advert for visiting Greece if this is the level of service and quality of food that you get.
I ordered the Fillet of sea bass but unfortunately they had none.
Both the man and his daughter were both so very apologetic.
When I was informed of this I changed to a vegetarian dish, Briam i think that it was....
The man offered to fillet another of the fish on the menu that would have been served whole for me.
I declined he insisted it was no trouble and would be happy to do but I still declined.
This was a really impressive level of service.
They provided free olives water and bread.
Wow awesome.
Also the Briam was delightful for sure.
We were offered extra bread as well as a lovely after dinner Greek drink
I highly recommend Island for the quality of the food and the service that is truly exceptional.
Unbelievable! Honestly can’t praise this restaurant highly enough. The whole experience, the greeting, the staff, the service was 10/10 but the then the food started arriving that’s where the game changed! Traditional homemade Greek cuisine.. I’m not usually one to take photos of food but this one I had to share! The seafood platter ????
The service was excellent, staff are so lovely, real traditional Greek hospitality & the atmosphere on a Saturday night made it a great evening.
We started with a bunch of appetisers to share :
Saganaki - perfect, not greasy, just the right amount of squeakiness
Courgette fritters - lovely light batter, nice & crunchy
Meatballs - heavenly! So light & fluffy, almost like a mousse
Spanakopita- my go to in Greece, wasn’t disappointed
Tzatziki - just as it should be
For main I had Kleftiko - lamb just melted in my mouth, a must have. My friends had Stifado - tender beef in a rich sauce, and pork gyros - lovely juicy & well seasoned
We booked weeks in advance for a Saturday so do plan ahead to not be disappointed. Island is better than some Greek tavernas I’ve been too & is well deserved to be called the best place to eat in Worcester
