I ordered a mixed kebab with rice and salad and a pepsi, for the money which was about 13 pounds, the food was presented beautifully on a slightly battered platter, and the tables were quickly wiped down and there were leftovers from previous visitors in between, so about the food, apart from the appearance and not the bad rice that predominates in the plate, I can't say anything interesting, the kebab was dry, cold and not freshly cut, the salad had no taste, there was no salt, oil or vinegar, no taste at all... conclusion, I I wouldn't eat there again, there are other places that are cleaner, tastier, and cheaper, This is from me, Thanks
Quick service well done , food presentation 8/10 could do with improvements , taste 7/10 it one of those where the quality of meat play important factor ; value for money 9/10 , restaurant is clean and kept tidy 10/10 well done guys keep up the hard work

delicious, Affordable, great pleasure to come here, delightful, delicious, appealing, super brilliant taste and smell, overall delicious meal with food giving out delicious aromas.
Recently I ordered from here. I have to say the food was delicious however the quantity has been dramatically reduced! They only give you 150g of meat when you order a mix box. 180g meat for a wrap! Really tasty beef kebab, fries and salad. Quite dear for kebab, but being central in town you'd expect a premium.
Not as good as it looks, barely any meat and it was small strips of meat. Salad was nice
A very busy Tuesday evening (7pm) in the summer holidays. The establishment looks great and visually appealing. It was jam packed and the food on the tables where people were dining looked 5 star. It looked rich and very well presented. The Kebab place is in Dale End on a very busy stretch of food places therefore expect a bit of noise and hustle. I ordered the food to take out. However, the customer service was shoddy and one of the worst. They pay no attention and they have zero communication skills. Even worse, the standards of hygiene is one of the worst I've come across in Birmingham. I understand it's a busy location but that's no excuse. The staff looked filthy, wearing dirty gloves, dirty clothes, and acting as though they've come off the streets. They were swamping away at the Donner meat with used cloth. The floors, counters and all else was sickening. Nonetheless, strangely at odds, the food looked appealing on people's plates and was evidently popular. Verdict on the food; the chips were very tasty and so was the chicken in the pitta naan bread with the thick chilli paste. Incredible shame but I have a zero tolerance for poor hygienic standards.
10/10 food,big portions,perfect pricing for what you get and lovely staff!! didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name but the man who served us for the salad section thank you!! very accommodating,helpful and patient so thank you. definitely be back????????
