Stopped by this place during lunch for a pedicure. Went in as a walk in. Was greeted and seated immediately. The guy that did my pedicure was very thorough. Great service. Clean and nice space. Reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.
Usually love my nails, but this is the second time I have had issues with customer service. The first time was when I made an appointment for my sister and I, and when we got there I informed one lady I had an appointment with one of their employees (Can’t remember her name). Then a male asked what did I need to have done, and I told him I had an appointment. However, I was still told to sit with someone different than the person I booked. I immediately said “No sir, I booked with this other lady,” and the guy caught an attitude and told me “Why didn’t you just say that”? After this day, I waited a while before returning, and did not have any issues upon returning. Unfortunately, today I went to get a fill-in, and the color was totally different than what I picked. I immediately said “that’s not the color I wanted,” and looked to see if I told him the wrong number by mistake. He told me “No, this is 490 the one u wanted.” I verified the color, but told him the color was way off from what was on sample. He told me “This is the color you wanted, but sometimes they fade.” I told him I understood the samples may differ a little, but this was way off from what I wanted. I then asked if I could pick another color. He then sighed and motioned with his hand “Go ahead.” By this time, I am completely shocked, but I got up to look for the basket to pick the color. I brought the basket back to the station, assuming he could help find a similar color quickly. Instead, he told me he is going to put tips on another customer’s hand while I look. At this point, I decided to leave without any color. I liked this place, because it was close to my home/nails were always cute, but I am not going to continue paying for poor customer service.
I’ve gone here for years…. I’ve tried other places but i keep going back to instyle. I see Lily and she’s so sweet, takes her time and her purpose to make you happy with your nails if definitely known. She also speaks English very well so that is a plus, especially when you’re trying to tell that what you want done.
Tracy was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had the deluxe pedicure, and it was absolutely the best and most attentive pedicure I’ve ever had! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
This place is SO clean and pretty. Instantly welcomed. I was a walk-in and they got me in right away. I believe her name was Melissa, (white, blonde hair) she did amazing. The best nails and experience I have ever had. She is so genuine, very attentive, and takes her time to get it perfect. 100% recommend her and this great shop.
Omg I was so ready to get home to make a review. This was my first time going to them. Walked in I was greeted. The lady started on my nails right away, so I started asking how much this and that. Mind you this is my first time here and I wasn’t trying to go over my budget. Also they don’t have any boards with the prices so they just high pricing everything. So she’s doing my nails, she passed me to another lady with glasses, she was the worst nail tech lady I ever been to. So I goes to ask her did the she tell you what I wanted she was like yea, so I was like ok so she doing my nails, everything’s ok I guess, you can tell she didn’t wanna do my nails, Idk if it was because I am a women of color or she didn’t feel like it idk. So I washes my hands, come back and sit. So I see the nail polish that I chose. So everybody knows if the nail polish is in a box it’s gel polish. So I grabs the box and told her I don’t want gel I want regular acrylic. She snatches the box and say the acrylic polish is in there too. It took everything in me not to curse this lady out. I took a deep breathe and just let the lady finish. She finishes, she had the nerve to ask am I gonna tip, I was like No. even though she did a ok job. I will never ever go back to them, just because of her. She was so rude to me. That was so not called for. That was my experience and it was awful.
Took myself and my 5 yr old granddaughter this morning. We had the BEST time. They treated her like a princess and my pedicure was the best I have had in a long time!!!! If I lived in perry, I would be a regular customer!!!!!
I have had a fantastic experience today. I got gel polish with my mani / pedi. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated and am very pleased with the service!
