I went there with my children on a Saturday to buy them milkshakes, but the young lady behind the counter treated us terribly. Instead of answering my question about what milkshakes are available, and without even lifting eyes off her mobile phone, she simply pointed to the menu board with out considering that I might have difficulty reading it! So I decided I’d rather break my children’s hearts than accept this treatment. What a terrible unhappy person she must be
Bit on the pricey side but food and drink is always amazing and fresh! milkshakes are super tasty and crepes and cookie dough are delicious!! best dessert shop in Pontypridd.
Went there many times with my family and only one thing what I can say about this place it's wonderful, brilliant customer service the lady behind the counter it's amazing always happy to help with any kind of questions, and the boys working there also very professional. I will leave a 5star for this place compering with other places I will come back there as many times as possible. I don't understand how some people can complaining about customer service in this place. I will highly recommended to everyone.
Once again a pleasant unexpected surprise in Pontypridd. They have some very nice cakes here, well worth a stop at least a couple of times.
Had a leaflet through the door thinking they deliver to my address… So i promised the kids waffles as a treat, so i rang to confirm if they do deliver to my address and they said yes at 6:30pm, so waited for hubby to get home from work started ordering (via just eat) got to the end to pay to find out they don’t deliver to our address so i rang them again to speak to someone and they said they don’t deliver to our address (after an hour as they promised). I’m not happy about this at all as now we’re all disappointed and the kids are disappointed. Make sure you ring up six times before you deliver to your address. £47.19 down the drain for them and it’ll go else where. Total disappointment. - P.S they spoke rudely on the phone too, disgusting behaviour.
Lovely small coffee, and sweet shop. Some amazing deserts and a lovely cup of coffee. Enjoyed my visit.
Health and safety issue spotted in store. Pressurised gas canister must be secured so that they cannot run risk of being knocked over
Staff were super friendly very polite i ordered a waffle to takeaway freshly made with ample toppings I visit the premises now and again they have a really good variety of sweets and drinks to choose from and it's always clean will go again thank you.
