Horrible customer service. I spent all of maybe 15 minutes in this store. I hadnt been in a while, so I was trying them out again. Much to my dismay, the selection was subpar, which made it difficult to decide on a product. The little girl behind the counter acted as if I was bothering her when I needed her assistance. Her attitude was trash. Apparently she was trying to get to the mall before it closed…because she asked what time the mall closed. I will never return, and let all my family and friends know not to support as well.
I am very happy that I found this beauty supply store and the very best place to have my individual lashes done. I've been getting them done by the lady that has her little shop right inside this store ever since I discovered that they offer the service. I recommend anyone who gets their lashes done to give this woman a try and I bet u won't be disappointed. She is amazing at her job and my lashes r always done with high quality and they stay looking great for almost 3 weeks sometimes. I'm posting my b4 and after pic from a few days ago when I had them done last so u can see the dramatic difference it gives for yourself.
I brought my niece here last night to purchase her first wig. Upon entering the store we were greeted and we're then taken to the back of the store to look at wigs. I have very limited knowledge of wigs, as does my 13 year old niece, so to say we were overwhelmed is an understatement! I hate that I don't remember her name, but the woman who helped us was so amazing! She assisted my niece, A, with trying on wigs and she picked out about 10 for her to try on. A is usually super shy, but she got her out of her shell and had her model the wigs for us. You could just see A's eyes light up and she was instantly so much more confident. The woman even made sure to tell A to take care of her natural hair while wearing the wig and that just because she has a wig doesn't mean that she should not neglect her hair (something she'd never listen to me about). I am beyond thankful for her and all of her help!! She really made A feel special yesterday and I am so grateful for that! We will definitely be coming back in the future!
I AM CRAZY ABOUT THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY! This is more than a store to me... These are my friends! They take awesome care of me when I go there. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I stay in there for hours! Me and the workers talk about everything from wigs and makeup to the Holy Bible and living for God! They always sit me in their Special chair and fix my wigs for me. They cut them and style them to fit my face and I wear it right on out the store! But of course I pay for it first ????. And the owner is just as sweet to me. He's always so nice to me and he welcomes me to stay as long as I wish. And trust, I do! They are all so sweet there and I can't wait for my next visit! Thank you to all of my beautiful friend at Images for your kind and friendly service...I love y'all ❤️????
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SUPPLY STORE! The staff is super friendly & always so helpful. They have a variety of items but I mostly purchase my wigs and contact lenses from them. The wigs are super cute, affordable and come in different textures, lengths and colors (I like having options). Mohamed always be cutting my lace to perfection! They are also military friendly & have a military discount which is great . Tell them I sent you & make sure you ask for their rewards program. They literally make me feel like family & I know they will treat you the same. You won’t be disappointed ????
I love Image Beauty! The guy here will recommend you the best hair for a reasonable price! He will keep it real and tell you what hair is best for you, unlike others I’ve been to! I bought hair from here (Sphinx Bueno the Ocean wave) there was a special going on in October (buy 18,20,22 with a frontal) I couldn’t wait to get it installed it felt great and looked great afterwards. I washed it one time and it when down from there. It sheds a lot, tangles up and to top it off the frontal has a ball spot in it that my hairdresser had to cover up today. I am NOT a fan of this hair at all. I’ve had my sew in touched up twice and this is just not the best hair and it will most definitely not last me longer than 6 months. I like the hair store but not this hair.
This absolutely my favorite beauty supply store ❣️ I recently purchased the Pink Lemon hair extensions and they are a amazing. I look and feel gorgeous.
