I came in for an eyebrow threading and tinting and I was amazed!! They have great attention to detail and really took their time to ensure the best results. I am glad I came out to try this eyebrow shop. My eyebrows came out beautiful!!! ????
I got my eyelashes done for the first time EVER here. I let them know that thinking she would tell me how to take care of them. No. They didn’t tell me how long to wait to wash my face or anything… I have friends that get them done so it wasn’t to big of a deal.BUT The extensions they put in are chunks that take every natural lash you have off with them when they fall out. After talking to other people they said that the chunks are horrible . They’re amazing at eyebrow threading and henna but do not get your lashes done here.
I usually love coming here I’ve been coming here about 3 years however I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday there was a new woman working there and me and my mom both told her only threading eyebrows nothing else but after she threaded she used some pencil and like filled our eyebrows In completely and it looked so bad. We were able to wipe most of it off after we left but we repeatedly said eyebrows threaded only nothing else. It made our eyebrows look super dark and chunky and long.
There was a new lady who thought because she was speaking Hindi that I wouldn't know she was talking about me. The owner was very disrespectful this time and kept asking me personal questions, even when I told her she was making me uncomfortable. She laughed and kept going . I think it's because I'm J'American Indian. She insulted my facial features and said they were too big. I'm thinking about suing her since she was being recorded. I don't even care to get money, I just want these foreigners who capitalize off our economy to show some God darn respect. Who pays for disrespect? I sure don't. I won't be back and I'm telling all my brown friends to steer clear of this place. She's not as kind as she was when she wasn't getting much business. Now it's gone to her head and her "true" colors are showing.
Whatever language it was, she was questioning my race because she thought I was Columbian. At the end of the day it was rude and disrespectful, as you were also with your comments about racial features. I am completely disinterested in personally speaking to you, as you personally disrespected me during my service. The point of a review is to inform the public of my experience. I don't want anything else from you, not a free service or a conversation. Just watch your mouth and be respectful and you won't get these kind of reviews.
Usually I don't complain, but my eyebrows did not match in arch or length and the technician must have seen this, but declined to state that and my model portfolio photos were compromised. I am so upset. I couldn't tell they were off due to the tinting being so dark but in the light it showed up well. If you make a mistake, for God sake, own it and at least offer a discount if you mess up. I'll have to go somewhere with more professional experience.
I went to this area today and it was really good, they had good costumer service and the work was also very good. Now my eye brows look better than ever!

Eyebrows were good, clean space, friendly staff, henna didn't stain my hands and gradually come off as expected. I was on a trip and trying to take pictures. Henna peeled and crumbled off. Left no trace of stain. Very disappointing.
