My daughter and myself have been to Hollywood Shears a handful of times. Each time we went for highlights and were never fully satisfied but kept trying. They just cannot get the color right. They are hard on your hair rough brushing and washing and will refuse to take responsibility for orange hair after I highlight. They choose a toner each time that brings your hair color to a crazy brass yellow/ orange and not refund or fix correctly. They are over prized as well. You think you are going to pay $90. For a highlight and then you check out it’s over $160 for a highlight, trim and toner. Insane. Save your money and go someplace else. Or spend the 160. And go some place else where you love the outcome and leave feeling better about your hair instead of leaving there in tears each time.

This the best salon around, hands down. They are very polite and professional and will work with you to get exactly what you want! I love this salon and will not go anywhere else!!!

While visiting relatives nearby & needing a basic men's haircut, I came to Hollywood Shears.

Grace did an excellent job. She was very polite, professional & just a Sweetie!

I believe her name was Rose. I’m awful with names. I have gone to many salons over the years and I have never had some actually care about the health of my hair before. They slap the bleach in wait for it to process and tone to get my desired color. Rose goes out of her way to make sure your hair stays healthy during the entire process. I will definitely be going back. Very professional and kind staff. Only draw back was the absence of heat which they were trying to get fixed.

I’ve had my hair cut here over the years by different stylists, and I have never ever been disappointed. Most recently, I have discovered Brittany and Natasha, and they are both absolutely amazing. Brittany gave me the most beautiful balayage back in May, and yesterday Natasha cut my hair. These women are incredibly talented artists. Each time I showed them inspiration photos, and they killed it giving me a version that was perfect for me. On top of that, everyone is super sweet and professional. I love that there is such a great salon just down the road from my house!

My stylist was Brittany. Ihad my hair colored, trimmed. I have naturally curly hair and my stylist blew it out straight. I love it! She did an amazing job with the exact color I wanted. I had some facial waxing done also, once again it was perfect. I hadn't been able to have any treatment of any kind for 9 months. When I left, I felt like a brand new woman. I'm new to this area and definitely will be going back. She was professional and very nice also. We had great conversations throughout my visit. 5++ stars!!!!
