It was my daughter and I’s first time at this nail salon. The lady I had had very poor customer service. While she do my pedicure she also did her cleaning side work. I asked when do you close, she say 6 pm. The time was 5 pm. She put some lotion on me and left to do her cleaning and come back with hot towels and hot stones. She used hot towel to wipe the lotion off my legs, but didn’t use the hot stone on me. She started to paint my nails and the color wasn’t smooth. She had an attitude and said “oh you don’t like the color “ she wiped it off and told me to pick up different color. Come to finish pedicure. They were supposed to do my manicure, but she just filed it and was going to color with no manicure, so I told her never mind. We paid and walk out to find out that they cut my daughter’s pinkie . They never informed me while I was there. My daughter was so scared she threw up in her mask and didn’t want to come back. When I called, the one who answered the phone didn’t know anything about it. But the person who cashed me out was the one who cut my daughters pinkie and he said absolutely nothing. She didn’t believe me and told me to go back to prove that they cut my daughters pinkie. So, I sent a picture to her. She apologized and was only willing to give $30 back. But this is too late the damage is already done. All I wanted was for them to tell me when my daughter got hurt so I could comfort her when she was scared. But instead, they tried to cover it up.
Very nice & friendly nail salon. Tracy also did an amazing job on my nails. Thank you all so much, I will be back!
I went here with my little sister and we both got gel manicures. They told us to pick our colors and when we didn’t immediately pick a color and we were comparing what we should get they seemed to get very annoyed and impatient. Then when she was doing my nails I had picked a sparkly color that looked very solid in the preview, however when she was applying it she said I needed a base coat so she went and got a base coat and finished my nails. For one she didn’t even pain my whole nail the edges of my nails were missing polish and they charged my little sister 25 and me 30. Why was mine more expensive we got the same thing the only difference is I needed a base coat which shouldn’t be charged more. Anyway 2 days later my little sisters and my gel started pealing. Never coming here again.
Manicurist was new. After an hour and a half he finished. Had FIVE coats of polish!!! Told manager/owner it was the worst manicure I ever got in my life. She came over and put another two coats on to try and unstreak it. Left there with SEVEN coats of polish on my nails.
Terrible, do NOT go here. I got my nails done, with a simple nail polish, and right after it was done, my nails were raggedy, and uneven. After asking for my nails to be readjusted and filed, I was greeted with irritation and frustration from one of the employees. After a few weeks of getting them done, I couldn’t stand it and I had to get the nail polish off my nails. That process took hours to do. The nail polish was stuck to my nail and ripped off several pieces of my nail.
I am giving the place a 5 star because of one technician TRACY. She is the absolute best. She has never disappointed me. Very pleasant and professional and knows how to make my nails look just how I want them. I always have my acrylic done by her and pedicure done by whoever is available. Most times my pedicure has an issue unless Tracy also does them but I always want both manicure and pedicure done at the same time. Try her and thank me later. ????
I have been occasionally coming here between home pedicures (balling on a budget) to get the proper deep cleaning and exfoliating that the nail techs can do.
I've been seeing Hana specifically, and she has done a WONDERFUL job every time being thorough and yet sensitive. Warm reception each visit and always feel welcome here.
Nice clean pedi tubs wrapped over and new equipment used for services.
Not happy with my nails or toes the last few times… bubbles in my nails, none are the same shade, the ends are over polished if that’s a thing and my feet feel like sandpaper. I will never come back.
