Only had my nails for five days before three of them broke off one by one by doing dishes and daily activities that would normally not affect nails when done properly I called this establishment and asked them what they could do they were very vague but suggested I come in but again vague on what they could do and when I called back to let them know that I would not be able to come in right away I had asked for even just a partial refund but the woman immediately shut me down and hung up on me. I’m very disappointed almost infuriated I only went five days with A complete set of nails I feel ripped off especially because I gave a $10 tip should Have read the reviews I guess

This was my first time coming to the salon and I will definitely be back. Wendy was wonderful to talk to and she did a beautiful job on my nails. I also got a pedicure and it was awesome as well.

Because Nguyen and Thanh are literally like family to me i must share the fact that people on here that have posted negative reviews dont know them at all and complain because they feel sorry for themselves. Here's the thing, they say that they tell them they have no time today and there's only two customers, well DUH it's because there's only the two of them! They only let the best work for them because they want their customers totally happy and satisfied and that's why they are always busy,

two people, husband and wife so they mainly take APPOINTMENTS, get over yourselves and stop feeling like these people have to drop what they are doing and cater to you because that's not the real world. The people they are helping have made appointments! If they take a walk in its because someone canceled their appointment. These people are really good at what they do and we have been going here for years so trust me when I tell you, they care about their customers and go above and beyond unless your attitude is bad or you feel like you're more important than anyone else. SMH, Still love Nguyen and Thanh! Always will and i Will never go anywhere else! The positive reviews tell all, trust me, if you make an appointment, you would be so glad you did as long as you are genuine and nice, Thanks guys! We absolutely ADORE you both! You know who this is! ;)

Bad service! Older man is rude and short temper. I’d give them zero stars if possible. So many other nail places with good friendly service. Don’t go here! Waste of time and money.

Love this place! They did such a good job on my nails and was able to do it swift and efficiently. Very clean and required all customers to sanitize their hands. Will go again for sure.

My wife has been putting off getting her nails done since she had very bad experiences in the past. She found Hollywood Nails and absolutely loves them. The husband does her nails and she loves her Gel manicure and it's using her own long pretty nails. He is amazing and total professional nail artist. Totally recommend this place
