It was my 1st time going to this salon. I am very satisfied. I will definitely be going back.

very sweet staff got me right in and done a very good job and took their time I LOVE MY NAILSSS!!

It's been awhile since I got my nails done & I remember the last time I did go to them I was very unsatisfied. The coat was way to high I said then i wouldn't go back. But the other day I ended up going back because the other places was really busy. Needless to say these people should not be doing nails....my paint was coming up by the time I got home and they didnt paint them right at All. I had places where there wasnt any polish, uneven places where it was lighter in some places darker in others. and I had to pay 3.00 more for Matte which is fine if they was gonna be done right. On top of that he shaped one thumb where one side gos up like a stop sign.... I said something to the guy and he just made it worse. So when I got home I took the polish off and just painted them myself really not much I could do about the shape of my thumb but when these nails come off I'll be getting my nails done else where.

I was really apprehensive about getting my nails done, but Hollywood Nails made it a great experience! I would definitely make an appointment beforehand just to be on the safe side. I made one and didn't have to wait at all. They have a good range of colors to choose from, and I was able to find two that matched my prom dress and accessories.

I had a full set of acrylics done with regular nail polish. I'm very happy with how they turned out! Some of the liquid she used for the acrylics burned for a few seconds, but that was it; it didn't irritate my skin or anything. Other than that, it was great. The price was also amazing for the quality of service they provide!

The salon itself is very stylish and nicely decorated. It's also kept very clean and organized.

I will definitely be coming back to this salon in the future!

I've lived in Lancaster for almost five years this is the only nail salon I looked. Until today 10/8/22 upon my visit I was greeted by ppl I've never seen. So I asked if they were under new management in which they replyed yes. My entire experience was sent from hell. All the employees were beyond rude they were just down right disrespectful. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS GO HERE NOR GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

First nail salon I’ve been to that actually paints nails and toe nails right and doesn’t forget the sides of the nails either nor did he rush through them and make bumps definitely will be coming here from now on

Used to be my favorite spot to get a pedicure, but there is a lot of new staff and they do not do as good of a job as the old staff. Rushing through to finish the job, even if there are no other customers waiting. Very dissatisfied with my last one.

I love how my nails turned out! Jenny was very attentive and her suggestion to add a party nail was a great idea. Everyone in the shop was very welcoming and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Add in the great price for excellent service, I will definitely be back.
