This is my second visit and I can say I can understand the fascination of this drink. I love how you can personalise the level of sweetness and ice you want in your drink. The service is quick and the price is fair for such a unique drink. There's a lot of variety to work through on their menu and quite a range of flavours.ill definitely going back to get my own Night Elves drink.

I've made it my mission to try every tea shop in Nottingham; this was the fifth and definitely my favourite so far. The staff member was really nice, the wait was minimal, the drink (little universe) was very flavourful, and the price was pretty decent. I'll definitely be back~!

Best bubble tea ever that I tried in the UK.

I have tried a few around Nottingham, Derby and London and this would be the top in my book.

If you're looking for proper Taiwanese tea drinks, here is the place you might like.

I had ordered a cup of "first snow" (which is fresh milk tea), very nice boba texture with nice blend milk tea.

Recommended 25% sugar or non if you order a drink with bubbles in. (I normally drink slight sugar in Taiwan)

Amazing authentic bubble tea! Love that the flavours have their own unique names! Staff are also soo lovely and friendly ☺️

The tapioca pearls were absolutely perfect. They were flavorful, yet not to strong to overpower the tea. As for the fruit drink, we agreed it was nice to taste actual fruit in their and the cream was a delicacy on top ????????

Absolutely shocking!!!!!! My daughter, aged 13, brought a drink that they made and sealed in store. When she got home and pierced the the lid with a straw (sealed and provided by HiGuys) my daughter had taken a drink and found a small metal spring piece in her mouth. I instantly called HiGuys and was told to call back at 3pm to speak with the Manager called, Ryan/Brian, not a single staff member could confirm the Manager's actual name.

I called back at 3pm and was told that the Manager wasn't in yet and was given a mobile number for him, surprisingly, it went straight to the answer service. I later called HiGuys again at around 4.15pm to be told that they don't know where the Manager is or even when a Manager of any kind will be in.

I selected 1 star as it's the only way a review can be made, otherwise I wouldn't have rated it.

Ryan called me back, after explaining where the metal spring had come from he kindly invited me and my daughter to his shop so that he could show us.

On arrival Ryan couldn't apologise enough, he showed much empathy and understanding. It appears that the sring came from cleaning equipment used to scrub the pans. Ryan showed us around, the very clean, preparation area and explained further. I am happy with the changes that Ryan has made such as, resourcing different cleaning equipment.

Ryan also explained that he had new staff in that day who were still learning.

He then presented my daughter with a bunch of flowers and 5 free drinks to redeem at HiGuys, in addition Ryan made us a free drink each to take away (which we thoroughly enjoyed).

As a business owner, Ryan had taken complete responsibility for what went wrong and dealt with my complaint accordingly.
