It's a hit or miss here! I got my nails done here a few times, Gel manicure and sometimes the polish last more than a week sometimes it only lasts a few days before it starts cracking. Helen's a nice lady, but she pretends she can't hear you when you're complaining! They really need to update their selection on brands and colors of nail polish. I say go somewhere else if you can afford it! This pic is less than a week!
Moved to Boyle Heights but still drive to HLP for my Nails, Brows, and especially Brazilian Wax. Clean and professional. I recommend calling before to make sure there isn't a long wait. I always get tons of compliments after coming. Free parking behind Baskin-Robbins
Love Tina's work! I love the way she shaped my nails. I broke my real nail, she suggested to do powder dip to keep the length of that broken nail. She cares about her work. You should ask for her for your gel manicure and pedicure! Make an appointment with Tina to make sure you have her!
I thought they were a good place but no I got a pedicure 6days ago they pulled ingrown nail out my toes infected pus bleeding. Never had this problem at any other nail place ???? plus my heels of my feet are ugly now dry skin my feet were never like this .do they even properly clean the pedicure tubs or sterilize their equipment ugh I'm still in pain going to a Dr.
update: Well they gave me staph infection . And from her cutting too much of nail had toenail surgery worse place ever
Gel finally doesn't chip!! I had given up on gel polish until my sister recommended manicurist, Cindy. I don't live or work nearby but most definitely worth it. I've gone up to 3 weeks without a chip. Recommend for anyone with chipping and peeling issues with gel polish. Ask for Cindy!
This was my first time going to a nail salon and got helped by Cindy. She was so nice and did an amazing job! I already had a specific look in mind and she executed it perfectly! Only thing is that it is cash only so be prepared!
Love this place! Olivia always does a fantastic job on my nails! I show her or tell her how I want my nails and she knows what to do!
My husband and I been going to this place for couple years they used to be good but our recent visit was not very good they charged me 5 $ to removed the gel with out telling me ahead of time. I am a returning customer so it wasn't from other place. They supposed write it down on their board there is additional charges so there is no surprise!!! The table was dirty and the job was sloppy. They want you out right away i understand they are busy but reviews affect the business. This was our last visit...
Now we found a better place and does a greattt job...
