I don’t write reviews, but this experience calls for a review. I recently walked in and requested a gel manicure and pedicure. There wasn’t a wait time, so I thought that I was in luck; wrong. I sat in the chair for my manicure and I specifically asked the gentleman working on my nails to cut them back a little and to keep the original shape. He did not cut them back like I asked, he only filed them, and then began filing them into an oval shape (which I did not ask for, because I personally do not like the look on myself). The manicure was rushed and he did not clean the skin around my nails where he had strewn nail polish in his quick attempt at painting my nails. In less than 24 hours my thumb nail polish chipped! The gel polish underneath the top coat was still soft where he didn’t apply the UV light long enough. I am a believer in second chances so after my sons opening baseball season the next day I immediately went to ask if they could fix that nail. I arrived at 6:28pm and they had a sign on the door saying that they were closed, but their operating hours were from 10am-7pm. That was the last straw for me. I have a huge event this coming week and wanted my nails to look nice and professional. I am beyond disappointed in the services rendered at this salon and I will not be returning. In my opinion this place of business doesnt even deserve one star on the rating scale.

If you live in the area, do not go anywhere else!! Tiffany always does a fantastic job, the prices are unbeatable, and they are SO nice! They are busy, so try to call and make an appt. But it says something that most of the clients have been regulars for years! I’ve been coming a few months and I will definitely keep coming back ❤️

I went to happy nails this week after having an issue last time. My toe got infected after having a pedicure a couple weeks ago. Which has never happened in the past. I had a horrible experience this time as well. I was getting a fill in this time & my eyebrows done. I had to request she fix one of my 2 nails that had broke nasty. Also, my eyebrows weren’t done appropriately and still look like they need doing. After going there for awhile, they will no longer be getting my business. She was very rude when I asked she fix it so it would be even. I’ll go elsewhere to get my stuff done from now on!

Tran always does an excellent job on my toes and manicure. Also he's always on time with my appointment. I recommend this place ????

Worst place I've ever been...Spent 90.00, on a Sunday only to have my pedicure and full set re-done on Monday morning. I Should have known a 28.00 pedicure was a foot massage with cheap lotion and uneven polish. In my opinion they are rude and distasteful to certain clients. You wanted a review, here it is.. You deserve no stars in my opinion!!!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love this place and the people that work here. I have been going to them ever since they opened I wanna say 10 years now. they are the kindest and funniest folks. They take pride in their work and are the best nail techs. The owners make you feel as if you are family going over & beyond. Excellent service. Every visit is always a wonderful experience. Reasonable prices. they take their time and my nails look great! I like to note that if I could give more than 5 stars on this review I would give unlimited golden stars.

I've been going here for about 7 years now and I love it. They're very personable and love to get to know you better. Tiffany is the only person I trust with my eyebrows and she always does a great job. I'd recommend calling ahead and getting an appointment so you don't go in when they're really busy. Overall would definitely recommend!
