If I could give 0 stars I would.

They sometimes have 2 different young ladies that work in there. The short fat one with the jerry curl is rude and doesn't realize she is working and instead try's to chat your head off and became indignant when asked to get a pair of earrings out for me to purchase. I've been shopping here for years and like very much the other worker and the Asian women there have always been pleasant and helpful however I will not spend money in a store where the hired help starts yelling at customers.

They are great! I have been going to them for over 9yrs. They always carry the best brands, a bit on the high end, but a couple of my girlfriends have shown envy for my hairs a few times????. I really like them, thanks guys. And they're also very polite (husband and wife duo)????????

Very offended by being seen as a thief the moment I walked through the doors. They follow you around and rush you out the store. At first asking if I needed help was polite but when I turned down their offer, it got worse. I had three staff watching me and following me around. So I decided to put their expensive items down and walk out the store. They began to attack because I didn't put their items back on the correct aisles, thinking that I had it and was going to steal it. They told me to "put the items back on the correct aisles." I told them that "they can do it themselves."

I understand....people steal....but you can't assume that everyone will steal and is a thief.....I took my money and business to Walgreen where I found that the prices were $5.00 cheaper.

⁷prices over the roof even before the high increase of items. Blacks seem to get drag under the bus in all situations

This store is horrible. I went in to purchase TIGI Bed head hair stick and the guy there quoted me 18$ I looked at him like are you kidding me this product is 12$ at best! Then tried to sell me the nutrient hair stick for 8$

I won't be giving this store any business. There's too many stores to shop to come here and be followed while trying to shop, then be charged over the moon prices for products that you can purchase cheaper.

This store is the worst, products crammed on top of each other definitely won't be back!!!

Too many items and kind of junky. It was not a pleasure to shop in there. It is too tight in some of the aisles. They have too much inventory on the floor. I will not be back.

This place is the worst. I stopped in to grab some conditioner and a comb while browsing, I found some earrings that match the top I was wearing in a display case. As I looked over the various styles & found one that I wanted I started at find an employee to open the case, but noticed that the case was unlocked and grabbed the earrings I wanted to examine them more closely. Two seconds later, and employee came over and asked if I needed help. I already had the earring so I said no thanks. She then proceeded to stand 3 inches from me and glare at me and at the earrings in my hand and asked again if I needed help, clearly insinuating that she assumed I was trying to steal them. This wasn't the first time I have been treated like a thief for simply setting foot in that store so I handed her the earrings, left, and spent my money at the shop down the street that understands customer service.

Rude staff. I don't shop at places that have to find the need to tell me something is expensive. I knew the price before I walked in the door. I went around the corner to a cleaner more organized beauty store who had exactly what I needed and provided phenomenal customer service.
