First off, as someone who lives in the area and has had more than enough chances to see what this store is really like and what it has to offer, I can tell you that you should call before you come to this location. The store is never opened, has listed hours that they don’t work, and any of the time you do come when they’re open if it’s later then about 12 they probably won’t even be fully stocked. Other than that it’s a small decent store and the employees seem pretty respectful. Maybe you’ll get a bit of an attitude if you’re taking up too much time but for the most part it’s a well kept place.

This place says they open at 9am but they are never open at that time. So many people are waiting for them to open. They miss out on so much money from people waiting and leaving. Hopefully they get it together, this is craziness.

Great place to find just what is needed for ethnic hair. They always have the new items that I thought I would have to order online. So, I give it a five for having the newest items, and knowing what they are. I drive from Temecula, but well worth the drive. The building is an older building, but congrats to the owner who had the idea to try that location. (Right on the main road.) All in all worth stopping in to see what items you will find.

The people inside the store are OK but as far as opening they need to change the time or hire someone who is going to be there on time

This Company has no desire to stay in business .I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for product being told the owner did not get what I ordered every week call back. How can companies expect people to support their business and they will not get the product you need for your business!!! I will order online from now on. SO SAD
