The service is very professional and friendly, and I've always been pleased with the haircuts received. The environment is relaxed and Jack the owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Mandy usually cuts my hair and does a great job. This is the best barber shop on Orpington high street. Chris
Fantastic customer service and a great cut! Mandy also gave me a hot towel shave and trimmed my goatee etc... She was very attentive and I had no razor rash at all.
The front of house is also a really nice touch. It means the barbers can continue with their work uninterrupted whilst front of house can focus on new customers when they walk in.
This place accepts payment by card or cash and they also offer a discount for NHS workers which I think is really great!

I always go here to get my hair cut. The staff are really friendly and it's a great local place where they give you very personal service, unlike the numerous barber's in the highstreet
Just had a haircut with Ervis, (I thought he said Elvis through the mask but reading reviews corrected me.) what a great guy. Had a fantastic chat and, more importantly, an awesome haircut and shave.
I walked in just expecting a bog standard shave but came out feeling great and I highly recommend this place to all looking for great service while getting a haircut.
Love this place! Jack is always extremely welcoming and accommodates me well everytime I call up to book an appointment around my busy schedule. Ben provides a great service cutting my hair and always gives me what I ask for. Perfect hair cut. Thank you!

I found out more in my first visit about my own hair and head shape than I have in all of the others I’ve had combined.
I’m a relatively new customer having had 2 visits so far but both have been very pleasant and ended with me leaving with a haircut I’m more than happy with.
I would highly recommend!.. they also have a free reward scheme which involves customers earning rewards based on what number visit they are on.. I think it’s a free hair wash next time I visit for me????
I have just had a perfect scissor cut by ben in groom barbers. The service was fantastic all staff were very friendly we had a great conversation all in all the experience was great. I will definitely be going back to groom barbers.
Best barber shop by far. The environment and ambiance was good.
Ben who cut my hair was very passionate on what he does. Very meticulous and he gets what the customer wants for their hair. He’s not rushing and made sure that everything is symmetrical and nicely cut.
I highly recommend this barber shop and Ben the barber. ????????????????????????
