I had great service. Went on Friday night and didn't have to wait too long. Weekends are walk in only. I got gel acrylic fill in. Johnny did an amazing job.
Made an appointment and got there a bit early. Rose was very accommodating and friendly.
Went in not knowing what to expect since we were just walk ins...but let me say they were very nice a respectful got us both in quickly and they took their time on us. Definitely will come back for my next one.
Made an appointment to get a mani pedi before my friends wedding! Not only did I wait 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time but was told they only had time for pedicure. I had to ask when the start time would be and was given no notice that I would have to wait almost an hour when I had made an appointment. A heads up on timing would be nice. Not returning.

I came in as a walk-in just before 4pm, I was immediately greeted and asked what I was looking to get done today. I didn’t have to wait, though people who came in after me did have a short wait time. The lady who did my nails, Kim, was excellent! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a superior job of giving me what I wanted! It’s not identical to the picture I showed her, but I actually like how she did them MUCH better! The length is perfect, the nails are perfect, I LOVE them... and all for an unbeatable price!! I think I FINALLY found a great nail salon!!! Highly recommend ????
The wait was ridiculous and I even made an appointment. Never been to this place and will never go back. I was told I had to make an appointment during the week except for on Fridays and Saturdays, so I made my appointment on a Thursday. Was told it would be a good time and that’s what I was looking forward to. I waited 45 minutes for an appointment I had made. The lady that sat by me was told she could make the same time appointment as mine (double booked) and the girl next to me had made an appointment a half hour prior and she was still waiting. I decided to call another nail salon and got right in within 10 minutes. Thought I’d be okay due to the fact that I made an appointment. If you only have 2-3 employees, my suggestion is to not double book your patrons.
The wait time was ridiculous! An hour and a half, but they were busy and not fully staffed so that was forgiven. I had acrylics on and wanted them off but that wasn't able to happen because they didn't see what I wanted and didn't soak them off while I was waiting. I asked for my acrylics to be thinner and round since I wanted my nails fixed, but what came to be was my natural nails being cut way shorter than I wanted and shaped awkwardly. I had to ask for them to be fixed multiple times before I was okay enough with them.
