Went there yesterday (12/28) to look for a wig. This place so crowded you can't even walk the isles. Oriental lady at checkout never looked up, spoke, asked if she could help me. Everything in this store looked like it had been there 20 years. I will not go back, surely there's another place to buy a wig, one that will at least acknowledge you came in the store.

STAY AWAY!! Beware of this company. Shopping online especially. They sent me the complete wrong thing, and admitted to doing so due to them being out of stock? I’ve never heard of such a thing. All companies have ever done is given me a full refund. Not purposely send me something else? And then having to fight and demand for a refund is absolutely ridiculous. This place is sketch all around. I’d give it negative stars if I could.

I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering..I order 2packs of hair and they sent me something totally different.I called them and they told me someone will get back with me..(still waiting).I called another number and the man told me to call the website number.But the package that was sent,had the same address where I called the man...playing a game taking my money ..I have been ordering from them,but my guess is since they didn't have it,they took upon themselves to just send me any thing, I will NEVER EVER order from them again.Thank God it was only $40..The only reason I gave them a star,just to be able to comment..Bunch of professional thieves if you ask me

I ordered a wig on March 24, 2023 and have not been notified of it shipping or anything. I am not sure if I will hear from them, but they have until tomorrow to notify me or I will have to get my bank involved.

I wish I read the reviews last week before I ordered. They have been saying that my item is on the process to be be shipped since 24th feb. I still have not received the tracking number. They have new excuses everyday!.

Where is my order golden beauty mart??? I called the physical store some rude guy answer an flat out lies about no affiliation with the online store, i reached out to these PEOPLE, several times, ive ordered from them before no issues, this is a turn off! If you cant produce the product stop taking money from people who trust you to deliver. Now im going to have to get my ankle involved! They better not think they’ve gotten away with my money!!

Do not order from this company! After ordering from them, I did not receive a tracking number or status update. Of course my package never arrived and after several calls and emails with no answers, I had to get my credit card company involved. Their prices are already higher than most. They pay an answering service who has no idea what the company is about. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!

This place is price gouging on another level all the famous butta lace you seen on TikTok average around 60 AT MOST THEYRE charging 89.99 for them and their cheaper wigs are around 49.99 with no lace you can go on Amazon and buy a whole butta lace wig for that cost. Saving y’all time and gas shoot gas 4.00 a gallon ????????
