I am very happy with how my nails turned out. I am in LOVE with them. Not only did my nails turn out great, but the whole staff was so nice and welcoming. They were very patient with me as I decided the specific colors I wanted, and were also so gentle when working on my nails. I usually leave other nail solans with my fingers sore from the poking and prodding they do on my fingers, but my nails feel amazing. My nail tech was just amazing. She did exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job at that. I look forward to coming back to this salon.
I got exactly what I wanted! The lady I had was incredibly gentle and thorough. She would check in with me and make sure she was doing what I wanted to my nails. She only took about 45 minutes in total but it didn’t feel rushed. Fun atmosphere and very clean as well. I’ve been here years ago but came back in 2022. I will be back in the future!
Beautiful salon, but pricey for the work. It's hardly been 2 weeks now and I have lost over half my nails. They weren't smooth at all, they lifted, my girlfriend's are breaking and I'm not sure I even want to go back to redeem my gift card!! I don't think I've ever been this disappointed in my nails!
Been to Gloss several times and always happy with their services. Took my 12 year old neice to get her nails done today. Gloss Nail Bar is always accommodating for scheduling. Kathy and Hannah are amazing at what they do. Very patient, friendly, and thorough! Hannah did a cute design for my neice -- just what she wanted. Thank you girls! We will come back and definitely recommend!
I use to go to this salon every-time I needed a pedicure but the last 2 times I’ve gone they caused my toes to itch and now I have pus around my cuticles. I would not recommend this salon for pedicures and I will not be going back!
I visited for the first time this Sunday. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and let them know I wanted acrylics with dip powder. My appointment time was 3:30. They closed at 5. Right away the man seemed very frustrated and he was very off putting. He only wanted to make conversation with his coworkers and each time I tried to talk to him he ignored me. It was very obvious he was not happy with my request. The closer it got to 5, the more rushed I felt. Aside from the awkwardness between is, my nails look awful. They are all crooked and different lengths. The nails on my left hand are significantly longer and the almond shape is very pointy. I would not recommend them. If you do choose to go to them I would not suggest scheduling an appointment close to when they close even if they say they have an opening.
First, cleanest salon in town. Second, only salon around that correctly does lash extensions. And lastly, I have had better nail service at Gloss than any other place in the area. This is my go-to.
Came in and the place was very busy. I was greeted right away though and still sat down about 6 minutes max after my appointment time (which with how busy it was was amazing). I can't remember who helped me, but she did an amazing job and I really appreciated how much of my input she asked for. It was just above an beyond what I normally experience. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
