My husband delivers mail to this nail salon some times and told me they were always really nice and inviting and looked really clean and organized. When my daughter, friend and I wanted to get pedicures we decided to go there and we were NOT disappointed at all. They were not only immediately able to accommodate all 3 of us at a time all next to each other but they were also so nice so clean and organized! It was not only the best experience I’ve had out of any place here in Cedar Rapids but also the pedi I received was THE BEST IVE EVER HAD, BY FAR!!! My friend said the same thing. All of our nails were absolutely beautiful and perfect, 2 weeks out now and they still look amazing!!!!

Tony did my nails (dip) and did an impeccable job. Very detail oriented with the shape was quick and overall just great. I didn't get the woman's name who did my pedicure, but she also did a very nice job. Very pleased!

Great service for me and my bridesmaids! We were offered water, pop, or coffee and the nails turned out great. The one issue was that I made an appointment for 9 well in advance and it still seemed like they were a bit understaffed, so if you have a big group just make sure to budget more time than you think you’d need — ours took nearly 3 hours.

Very satisfied with my nails and the service that I received at Galaxy Nails. Kp was very friendly and professional and the nail tech that did my nails was very detailed oriented and made sure that I liked my nails every step of the way. I will definitely be back.

The worst nails I’ve ever gotten! The saddest part is that they’re so pricey i paid $145 for a pedi and mani She tried but it was terribly done so I instead told her I just wanted them plane They look super thick and poor quality ever since they change owners things are not the same anymore Don’t spend your money there they used to see me every 2 weeks as of today i will stop going there it is very rude when you say you not happy as customer and the owner start speaking a different language so you don’t understand never again

Twice I have called this business and ask them if they have availability to do my nails and they’ve said yes. Given me a time and then bail on doing my nails. I live 18 minutes away from the business. I called and asked for a full set and they told me 3pm. I get there at 3:02 and they told me the person waited for me and left. 2 minutes mind you I’m in the parking lot. Another time they told me to come at 4 after calling. Got there, they put foils on my nails to soak off and then after sitting with acetone on my nails for an hour, I was told they wouldn’t have time to do my nails today and to come back the next day. I will no longer visit this salon.

I went here to get my nails done after Fancy Nails did a horrible job. The lady who did my nails was AMAZING. She made them perfectly symmetrical and the design was just what I wanted. No snags or rough spots. She was very meticulous and made sure I knew what the price would be before she started them. I have never been this happy with my nails 10/10 recommend.
