Can I just say how Impressed I was to find a beauty supply that was well stocked, where all the people were friendly (even the customers were super nice. They helped each other if the owner was busy helping someone else), where my business was actually wanted, and the people who worked there were knowledgeable about everything I asked about? Then its a Black owned beauty supply, which is incredibly rare.
I live 2 hours away, so I can only go once in a while. But when Friday's starts selling online, I'll be ordering all my specifics from there.
Terrible. I use to find what I needed but not no more and the man isn't never helpful. I just bought a wig thinking it was just a full lace frontal/ closure. I tried to go back 5 days later bc I was going to do daughter hair and I needed to switch to closure. Man not available and there store policy is no return/...NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST AN FYI.
The BEST beauty supply store EVER! I’ve been coming here for all my hair products since I was in high school and I am well in my adulthood now. Even though I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore I still take the 20min drive to COMPTON whenever I need to buy hair stuff... Super sweet & generous guy. He’s very friendly. I love that the store is open I think everyday ‘til about 8pm which is so freaking convenient... I will always support this owner because I’ve only experienced positive vibes and great customer service ever since his mother was running the store years back! ????????
This store is never open when it’s scheduled to open. So inconvenient. I love supporting my Black peoples but stuff like this makes it hard to do so.
