Got a full set the weekend before the 4th of July. Less than a week later one of the nails was completely off the the others have space up under the nail near the back skin which keeps catching my hair under the nail. This is horrible
I had the absolute worst service here. I’ve never been so disrespected and insulted in all my life. An older Asian woman did my nails, and I showed her a picture of what I wanted done with my acrylic fill-in. She looked at the picture and said she could do it. Then she proceeded to do something different and when I tried to show her the picture again, she said loudly, “No! I can’t do!” I am a stroke survivor, so one arm and hand is weaker and I don’t have as much control over it. While doing my nails, she kept snatching my weaker hand. One time, she grabbed my hand and jerked it too fast, and messed up the polish. She yelled at me, said it was my fault, and berated me in front of everyone there. If people with disabilities are not welcomed there, she could’ve just said that. I’m reporting her to the BBB and I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there for services.
I've been having my Nails done by Franco's for more than twenty year's, in those twenty year's I've seen the business change hands once. The new owner Lynn is a nice lady who takes her job seriously, but I have a complaint about how Lynn and the other workers talk about the clients that they serve .
I love going to get my nails and feet done and I love because I been going three every sent I was a kid my grandmother used to go there and was getting her nails done and I love going because I get along with others people that come and get their hands and feet done and you get to know people and you can make friends there and spending time with the people and you can relax and enjoy your and have a good time and enjoy your self
The Ladies were nice. The nails do last, but I had done that were very thick
The lady that was doing my nails, was very friendly, nice, and professional. My nails turned out how I wanted them to be and they are so pretty ????????

I used to go to this salon for years. Their work is hit or miss. The last straw was the owner being rude to my daughter who was serviced! Do not mistreat our children! You come into our communities to make money and treat us as if we are a nuisance. I won’t be back.
