Paid $670 for a wig few days later its tangled , nappy, stiff. I called asked if its truly human hair they say it is..go to dye it its not even taking dye..for almost 700 bucks i expected this hair to last me. I could have went to Amazon for garbage. 22 inches and the wig is down my back its most definitely synthetic mix! Even if it “is” human terrible quality and the price should reflect that. Lying and coning will not get you guys very far, this is my first and last purchase!
I bought 3 water waves bundles. This hair is horrible, it wasn’t processed to the ends of hair. I wet my hair the next day and the ends are straight with no waves. I’ve had this hair installed only 3 DAYS. ITS DRY AND BRITTLE at ends but more importantly, no waves. I called person in charge named Gus at the business and all he did was argue, give a few dozen excuses why the hair may be having the issues. No excuses warrants new hair looking the way it does.
Stay away from this business just because they do not try to resolve issues. I didn’t ask or want a full refund but he didn’t try to mitigate the issue I’m dealing with.

Look how horrible my $400 lace front wig I purchase from First Class Hair Company turned out. I believe they switched my wig.I called to complain and asked for a new wig but none of my calls were returned. I went to the store and talked to the manager he says no returns or exchange.He was very rude and I left crying because I spent my 400 dollars and this is what I got????????They did me dirty????
Really great bundle prices and customer service! The lady that helped me was super patient considering I didn't know what texture to get and kept changing my mind( I can be very indecisive lol). The hair is amazing, doesn't get tangled and I've seen my step mom dye this hair without any problems numerous of times. I get compliments everywhere I go. Will definitely always buy hair from here for now on!
This place of business is no good the lady is very rude and unprofessional once was double charge for some hair and once arrived one time during business hours during the week and no one came to assist and the sign said open but no sign to say out to lunch on break will return nothing there also a sign that’s say ring door bell and still nothing it’s things like this that makes business look terrible my overall opinion customer service is not good

Am not so pleased I only had the wig on for only one week and it’s getting tangled in the back of the wig. And when I first got it installed the lace ripped ! I had the to make the best out of it because it was my birthday I was already unsure about spending all that money on this wig The ends of the hair got very dry, brittle,tangled and synthetic looking.
Saddened to see such bad reviews of this place I still have my Indian curly weave hair from them for about 3 years now? It’s in great shape! When I want to get it put in I soak it in conditioner for a few rinse and air dry and it’s just like new. I have been purchasing hair from the for about 12 years and my hair always lasts for years so I don’t need to go too often. I have yet to be spoken to in a rude manner, receive horrible customer service or purchase a bad product. My sister recommended this place to me while she attended marinello beauty school. I would have her or my other stylist install and the hair ALWAYS matches my texture perfectly. I recommend this place to many friends to this day who are just as satisfied. I really hope this is not what’s going on there now. I will continue purchasing here until I experience otherwise ❤️
