I absolutely loved this place! Me and my mom wanted to try something new. We picked the perfect place. The customer service was amazing along with the time and effort put into these nails. We got there at like 5:11pm but they still took us in and did a great job. Go to Carrie she’s the best. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
I’m very careful about writing reviews because I know how they can impact business. So this was serious enough for me to write one. I went in on Father’s Day and Juneteenth weekend on a Saturday with a scheduled appointment. I was greeted politely and seen shortly thereafter.
I got an acrylic fill and a nail repair. I thought I needed to get the nail replaced since it had cracked and was lifting up. I made the nail tech aware but she said it would be fine. The service was quick and my nails weren’t filed as straight as I would have liked, but I didn’t bother with it too much.
I opted for the deluxe $65 pedicure which was amazing! The nail tech was awesome and the service itself was definitely worth it. I ended up giving her an additional $25 tip. I left pretty satisfied that evening.
Two days later on that Monday, that same nail I was concerned about, cracked. In addition to that, the nail polish was already chipping off two of my toes. Mind you, I hadn’t even worn close toed shoes or any kind yet. I went back in the following day on that Tuesday and one of the techs took that nail tip completely off and did an overlay and also re-polished those two toes. I was happy but still annoyed that I had to go back.
Now come Thursday and my toes have chipped even worse. The two toes she re-polished on the left foot are fine but the others have chipped. I still have only had on slippers or sandals. In all my 20 plus years of getting a pedicure, the polish would at least last a week, especially if I didn’t wear closed toed shoes. In all, I spent $130 that day (with tip) for a fill and pedicure for it to now look like this. I’m very disappointed. This wasn’t the first time I had to go back for a re-do of a service within days.
I love the way the salon looks and everyone is very friendly. But it’s possible the products may not be up to par. I won’t be going back.
I’VE FINALLY FOUND MY NAIL SALON!!!!!! I’ve been living in the Brandon/Riverview area for 6 months now. I’ve tried countless nail salons before Fifth Avenue opened and none of them compared to the customer service and quality of work i received today. I’m SO happy they’re located 5 minutes from my house. HELEN WAS MY NAIL TECH AND SHE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! Extremely meticulous, conversational, and had excellent customer service. I can’t wait to schedule an appointment for more services!
Beautiful salon with staff greeting me right away & offer of beverages; so many types & colors of polishes. Hope was my excellent technician. For my pedicure I took note the tools were sterile wrapped & bowls are lined. Massage was wonderful - not rushed or too hard. Just right! Hope took better care of details than I’ve had in a long time. Would highly recommend! Even gave me a thank you gift of lotion & coupon for coffee place in same strip just getting started. Discount offered due to their grand opening. Was asked more than once what I thought if my service. They are trying to please folks so don’t miss out!! ❤️
Everyone is so nice and do such a good job. I walked in on a Sunday and they were able to take me immediately. Jessica did my nails & pedicure. She took my image of my jails and brought it to life perfectly! She was also so patient with how particular I was with the shape and the French tip. She redid both a few times until I was happy. I also got a free sample of cuticle oil! Great place and will be back. Thank you Jessica!
I recently moved to the area & stopped by yesterday for a soak off & gel manicure. Was greeted nicely & sat down within a few minutes. Everyone was so nice & the salon is gorgeous! Amy did my manicure & did an amazing job ???? They also gave me a massage lotion as a gift! Will definitely be back!
Service was impeccable and the best I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon! Right away I was kindly greeted by a gentleman who opened the front door for me and my mother and offered us free refreshments. He was accommodating in every way he could be and periodically checked on us to ensure we were still comfortable. Everyone was so kind!
I got a pedicure with regular polish by Amy which is $35. It has been almost 2 weeks and my polish has not chipped! I also got an eyebrow wax for $12 by Julie. The pricing was excellent, especially since they are having a 20% off special right now. With the discount I only paid $37 for both! As part of the special, I also received a free hand cream after my service which was a sweet gesture.
The salon itself is gorgeous, modern and very clean. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!
This is a new place that my friend recommended to me! It’s so beautiful and clean inside! They are very very friendly & the service is amazing! Their work is great as well, my nails last a long time and they take their time to make sure I get everything I want and that my nails look beautiful! Amy and Helen are awesome too!
