My usual salon changed ownership last year and I struggled to find a replacement. However, after giving Fashion Nails a few tries with regular pedis, gel manicures and now uv gel sets and refills I can definitely vouch. They are unpretentious and are no frills but they’re clean, dedicated and kind. While you can’t expect a 100% perfection the value far exceeds they’re very competitive pricing. They’re my go to place for the foreseeable future.
Everyone is super nice. We live nearby so it’s an ideal location. They do a good job. My gel lasts 3+ weeks.
Seriously loved my experience today. Great nail techs, clean salon, beautiful nails and they even worked almost an hour after close to finish my nails as I walked in during a rush. Couldn’t recommend more.
Great service! First let me say- I am very particular about my manicures and pedicures. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure with French tips and crystals. The pedicure was thorough- I just got one last week and I couldn’t believe how much dead skin came off my feet. The color came out even (I got white) and the shape was perfect. I got my manicure from another lady. She listened to how I wanted only to cut the cuticles on the side and push back in the middle. The French came out perfect and straight. I also got crystals on each nail- and they are perfectly in the center (which is so rare whenever I get them done at other salons). They came out so cute- I took pics and can’t stop looking at them! Going to be my new spot!
The workers were nice enough, but I was told to come at 530, then 7. I got there at 645 and ended up leaving after an HOUR and a half of not being helped.
I scheduled an appointment for an acrylic removal and a regular manicure and I had to wait 40 mins before I was served. The lady who did my nails was very rough. I got two cuts. She didn’t even say sorry and continued to be rough while chatting with another staff. In the middle of the manicure, she asked me to pay first before she continue. As if I’m going to run away and not pay. Very rude and unprofessional. The place looks dirty as well and not properly sanitized. Will not come come back!
The service here is friendly and they just renovated so the place looks very nice. they use plastic on the foot spa bin and a new pumice scrubber for each client, A++ for that. The chair massage is a little bit weak but better than nothing.
I have been coming here for years on and off and never had any serious complaints but I am a germaphobe so imo, if you really look around they could be cleaner but that goes for just about every salon I go to. Sometimes I bring my own stuff and as a paying customer I think it should be okay to do that. I used to think they were talking smack about me, lol but I really don't care, just be nice, do my nails well and everything will be alright. There is a new guy there, he paints nails well give a good massage but he's just okay with doing the actual nails, nt sure if I want to go back to him. He doesn't talk at all and looks like he was fed up with the job haha but my nails look pretty.
I recommend this salon though, just don't go when it's busy.
WORST SALON EVER!!
I understand that every nail salon requires a wait time if there is no appointment made but this salon is very unprofessional. They tell you to wait and take people walking in before you. I was waiting around 2 + hours just to my nails done. There were 3 women that walked in and got taken care of before I did. I asked if they had an appointment and they didn't. Once they finally brought me to my seat to start on nails, the technician got up and started helping another 2 women that had just walked in. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and that is when I got up and left. I advise everyone to go to a different nail salon unless you want to wait 2 hours just to be disrespected. ALSO they do not put clean towels...all their towels are just used by the people over and over. Not a clean place!!! There are plenty of nail salon's around the area that i'd rather give my money to.
