I have never had a manicure, in my life. This was my very first manicure! It was very cool! I never liked my nails because they would never grow long, I absolutely love my nails now!! The people help me it was awesome because I didn’t have a clue what was going on but they did a great job! Love love love my nails! ???????????? Thank you so much! ????
Although we had to wait awhile after our appointment time, the nails were well worth it!
I love this salon. They really want you to relax and enjoy your time there. They have an excellent selection of dip polishes, which I've been enjoying! The pictures of the pink/red nails are after a week and still look incredible!
Asked for marble & I got tree branches. I value my designers incline to try again and try to get a better design but next time they should just let their more skilled employee do it like my friend got. And it was more pricey than other places, and my friends marble nails started to peel off after the first week. Was good for shape & color would not go again though.
If i could rate this a zero i would i went in for a fill on my nails and all was well I until the next day and i had 2 pop off right after. I called to get in, due to there lack of ability and the guy said, that happens. Yes i understand it does but not the day after. On top of it i also have nails that the polish is already coming off the day after i got them done. Do not go here. I asked for a refund and he said he cant, ok. So when can i get in? I have clients he said, am i not a client???? Cant you not fix YOUR MISTAKE?!?!?!no not until sunday. Am i not a client?? All they care about is getting miney in there pocket. I do NOT recommend! Now i have to go else where and spend MORE money to get nails fixed. Terrible. If i could post a photo i woul but my internet is acting up
My friend and I came in on October 27 to get a full set of acrylic nails done. During the middle of my nails being done three customers walked in, causing my nail tech to rush. My nails came out looking horrible! The sides of my nails weren’t even painted and their was bubbles! After he was “done” I went over and showed my friend and she was appalled. I showed her tech and she told me to wait. While one of the customers was soaking her nails he “fixed” my nails. They still didn’t look good. I ended up paying $60 for nails that looked horrible, while my friend payed $70. My friend got home and noticed she had a huge bubble under the point on her thumb paint. As of yesterday two of my nails broke, I wish I could show a picture but I can’t since I had to take the rest of them off as they were coming off! My friend even peeled hers off because hers were even coming off! Keep in mind we didn’t even have this set of nails for a week and multiple nails broke. This is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had and I’m not impressed at all, I do NOT recommend coming here. Will not be returning back in the future, I only came here due to Heaven nails being closed for renovation.
Absolutely love this place. Very clean and the staff were super friendly. Sue was extremely pleasant and did an amazing job!
absolutely do NOT recommend. i got my nails done there and when i got the i sat in the chair for 10 mins because the lady doing my nails was just talking to the other people there and laughing and joking around i was the only customer in the shop. when she started doing me nails she cut me multiple time and didn’t even acknowledge that it hurt. she make the acrylic bumpy and super thin. i have only had the for 4 days and broke 3 from putting my coat on and then from picking up a blanket. she argued with me about what i wanted she said that it was found to cost over 120 if i wanted nude acrylic which is insane because normally they don’t even charge you extra. definitely could find a better place.
