I called ahead of time and the lady was nice enough to squeeze me in before an appointment she had at 12:30. I got there at around 12. Fast service. It was my first time going here to get a manicure for Christmas! I would get my nails done here again. I didn’t have any issues

I was greeted and she had me sanitize my hands while she sanitized her own.

I came in on time for 10:15 a.m. appointment on November 18th, Thursday. I requested a removal of my current set so that I could get a fresh set of gel nails.

She began removing my nails by cutting the ends and on the second nail she decided to cut so low from the tip of my pinky finger that she caused me to bleed. (See photos)

I've never had anybody cut my nails to remove them!! Usually they soak them in 100% acetone for a few minutes and then gently peel them off. And gently use the grinder for any remaining gel.

At first, she said it was an accident and that she was sorry. But then....

She tried to explain this away that my previous set of nails was done incorrectly, but no! ???? you cut too low it's your fault. I let the guy who was doing another lady's pedicure know that she had cut me and then I started to have a panic attack thinking about what she might do to the rest of my nails so I left. I will never come back and now I need to wait for my nail to grow back together or out before I can have somebody put on a new set. I am so disappointed and the bleeding in the time that I've written this has now spread across my entire nail which has finished breaking all the way across just as low. ????????????

They do NOT do a good job at nails what so ever me and my mom got our nails done and 1 day after getting our nails done they were chipped and scratched up do not suggest going here

I had an appointment at 9am August 13th. I was a few minutes late. By the time I got there it was 9:08am. The woman was very rude and yelled at me in front of everyone that I was late. She said that she had already taken on a new customer. Not only was she rude, but she wasn’t professional enough to talk to me in confidence. I will not be returning to this establishment. I should have listened to my friends personal experiences with them, which were also not positive.

Love it! They have great customer service. I've been going there for years. They unfortunately are limited to what they can accept as walk-ins, but I can usually make an appointment for a day or two out.

Worst experience at any nail salon I have ever been at, nothing looked sanitary, the lady was kind of disrespectful, not gentle what so ever, my nails are all different shapes and sizes, don’t look even, the lady didn’t even have me wash my hand before putting top coat on and there’s dust underneath the top coat and rushed through everything

I took my 76 yr. Old mom & myself (52 yrs old) for our very 1st Pedicures today in our life! It was AMAZING! The gentleman I had was fantastic! My feet have never been so soft & he did exactly what i wanted on my toes! The massage chairs were AMAZING too! I will definetly be back to start enjoying this luxury. THANK YOU FANCY NAILS! You did a FANTASTIC job & momma & are are very happy!
