I went there for the first time and was there for 5 minutes maximum because they didn’t have what I was looking for. The man working there followed me around the store under the guise of being helpful and I genuinely thought he was trying to help until he accused me of stealing on the way out.

I obviously let him check my bag as soon as he asked and of course he found nothing.

It felt degrading and it would have ruined my afternoon if I had let it.

Really good selection of eyelashes! Nice fake lashes mink, wispies, thick, extra thick. Brazillian hair bundles every color. Sample size products if someone else is doing your hair so you don’t have to buy full size. Hot combs, curling irons etc.

He has a really nice selection of wigs!!! human hair, synthetic blend, human synthetic blend, remy bundles, my wig was $500 for human hair, but in my opinion I think it’s human/synthetic blend. It was a little thin 3 days into wearing it so if you can add your own bundles into the wig, do that! If not; be careful when you brush it, and give it a razor cut for 2nd time use. Also I bought a bunch of products and he charged me 3x for the same product so it added an extra $60 to my bill. It’s just because he is extremely helpful and made a mistake that I didn’t see and was unable to go back and fix it.

The guy that's work at the fancy Beauty Salon store he do not like black people he is very rude he is nasty to all his customers he calls too many problems with people. And every black person that come in the store he say get the F out of my store and he think everybody is friendly with him and everybody is not friendly with him.

I had a great experience here. We were visiting from out of town and found it on yelp. It's family owned and staff gave excellent customer service. Bill helped us find everything we need and gave input as needed. Definitely come here for all your hair, wig and accessories needs!

The dude who was there gave me bad customer service .. then i was otp with a friend trying to get something from the store and he started being rude . I wont be going over there anymore . Dont recommend .

Today
